Don't be surprised if he might drop your case via text as he did with my wife's case. Yes a true unprofessional. Oh, also don't be surprised if you can't get a straight answer particularly a yes or no answer type question. He dropped my wife's malpractice case cause he dragged his feet trying to arm chair quarter back a out if court settlement. When that did not happen he dropped the case two plus years effort ...yes he sent a text of his withdrawal from the case. I found this cowardly and unprofessional. Well, this is my two cents.

She assumed that a caller was just going to go with their firm without doing any due diligence to check with more than one firm to find an attorney to assist with a disability application after going through denial 2 times independently because attorneys won't waste their time assisting an spplicant until you have been denied twice. The assistant boldly stated that you can't be working even part time and you absolutely can't be self employed, you also can't be a home owner to apply for disability. She immediately assumed that all potential clients for disabilty must be uneducated individuals who havent graduated high school let alone college. I found it ironic that the receptionist was compelled to tell interested clients up front that the fee will be $9,000 + or 25% of all back pay benefits whichever is lower before she asks if you want to have an assistant call you back. This was the most off putting interaction for a legal professional service I've experienced. It sounded alot like they are "cherry picking" only clients that will be an easy target for payment regardless of success or failure by the legal staff and a client that would require the lowest level of legal skill. I recommend restructuring the entire screening questionnaire and investing more training on phone etticait with strong emphasis on avoiding steriotyping and assumptions when talking with individuals who have been beaten down and exhausted by government agencies and a system of injustices.
