I was looking forward to relaxing between international flights at a nice lounge. I have a Priority Pass through my credit card. I made sure to check I have an access to the lounge.
Upon my arrival, I saw 2 staff members chatting at the front desk. I waited until they finished, hoping they would notice me as nobody was there but me. I waited a while. Eventually one of them left. The other lady was acting as I was not there. I waited until she notices me, but somehow she did not see me. So I just presented my tickets and a Pass. She only said: "It doesn't work here". I asked her to check the system. She replied again: "It doesn't work here. It's paid". The whole time she didn't make an eye contact even once and did not check the system for my pass entrance, her response was pretty rude.
I called Priority Pass after arrival to US to confirm I had the right information about the lounge. I had correct information, complaint filed. Such a disappointing experience. read more
