She went out of her way to handle things as we were out of state when we sold and she went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable selling our house not being there. If you have any hesitations about using her as your realtor don't worry you are in good hands. She won't let you down. We ran into several issues during our move and she took care of them for us. She also returned every call within minutes if she couldn't answer. If we buy again in Fl. which we might, she will be our go-to person.
