We have used several realtors over the years and Tamara Bushnell has been the best by far. When…read moreother realtors said they can't do this or that Tamara said she could do it for us. I can't say enough good things about her. She was referred to us by a friend who was a previous realtor himself who told us we wouldn't be disappointed and he was right. She went out of her way to handle things as we were out of state when we sold and she went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable selling our house not being there. If you have any hesitations about using her as your realtor don't worry you are in good hands. She won't let you down. We ran into several issues during our move and she took care of them for us. She also returned every call within minutes if she couldn't answer. If we buy again in Fl. which we might, she will be our go-to person. We used to think realtors were overpaid for what they do but she changed our thinking on that. I strongly recommend her. You will be happy you chose her.

Al spent a great amount of time orienting us to the various areas of SCC, as well as showing us Activity Centers and the differences in neighborhoods. He was unfailingly a pleasure. He really knows the area, honestly listened to us and our preferences, never pushy, and went above and beyond for us professionally. We ended up choosing a house that we love. Al guided us through closing, advocating for the best service from lenders and inspectors, informative about HOA and SCC guidelines, and helped us navigate a complicated closing with international sellers with unique circumstances. He followed thru on every aspect of our purchase. All this, and he is a kind and thoroughly enjoyable person to be with. We recommend Al DeMellier absolutely!

She took the time to get to know me, what I was looking for and didn't waste time helping me find the place I can call home. She could tell within minutes of walking up to a property if it was worth a walk through or if we should move onto the next one. Philippa took the time to make sure I understood what to look for in a house as well as every part of the home buying process. When my initial offer didn't get accepted, she quickly negotiated details of my offer with the listing agent on a deal that worked out perfectly for everyone involved. If you want a realtor who knows what she's doing and can make anything in the home buying/selling process a breeze, Philippa is the best.

She…read moreand Mrs. Balis worked together to locate properties, communicate with the owners, and set up the provisions for an eventual lease signing. Those interactions were pretty smooth, and communication was made a priority. What I was most impressed with was how Mrs. Harris went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate other needs that I had by offering recommendations, making referrals, and establishing connections between me and other professionals. Once, when she heard about a contractor being excessive in pricing, she immediately gave me a few new referrals, which worked out better than our 1st choice. She always came to the table, having done her research, to offer us extra incentive and knowledge from which to make decisions. She is a true service professional and has plenty of hustle, because if she doesn't have the answer, she'll find a way to get it. Thanks. T!
