I figured if New Frontier was recommended by Altru, they must also be good. Sheree was on top of every detail and immediately alleviated my tendency to "sweat it" which I appreciated because selling real estate is not exactly something I enjoy. (OK, let's be honest, I despise it!) The last title company I closed a property with left me questioning that things would get done right and I was nail-biting at the last minute, left in the dark about some issues that ended up delaying the closing. But Sheree had my confidence from the beginning and the coordination between Altru and New Frontier was smooth (which may be a result of their ownership connection). I recommend this title company and will use them again on my next transaction.

Stephanie found a few places to look at and literally on the 1st day of going out found the perfect place for my mother. Other big real estate companies out there just treat you like a transaction where Stephanie treated you like you were part of her family as if she were shopping for a place for her own mother. I have gone through many real estate transactions in my lifetime and this one by far stands at the top. If you're thinking about buying or selling I cannot express enough what a favor you'll be doing to yourself to use Stephanie and her team.

Our closer was Ms. Tran, and we highly recommend her and will use La Maison and her in any area real estate transaction. We get transferred and move a ton, sometimes buying houses unseen personally. We rely heavily on reviews to find good pros, and we've been fortunate, as reviews from Yelp and Google made stressful transactions go well. I hope others looking for local pros like us kinda blind can use our experience with La Maison as a help-these folks have been awesome every step of our way. We even needed to do the negotiation while I was out of the country and in a 6 hour time zone difference. This didn't inconvenience her at all. He was very knowledgeable about the local and surrounding market and also gave me tips on how to prepare the house for showings. With Levi, he would listen to the price range you are considering selling and will give you his realistic opinion based on his vast experience and comps in the area. For me, this was in itself a sign that he knows his stuff and wants to ensure your house sells instead of languishing on the market due to being overpriced. My house sold at listing price, and he was there every step of the way diligently coordinating with the buyer's agent to facilitate the process until closing. A few things stood out for me: 1. He is very responsive and communicative - This alone is the single biggest reason why I feel he's hands down the best agent that I've encountered (I've had a couple of buy and sell in the past). I felt like he worked exclusively for me always responding to questions and calls right away or within minutes. 2. He was very useful with providing information for some contractors that could help with inspector-requested repairs 3. He was very pleasant to work with and just goes above and beyond for his clients. 4. He has substantial experience for when curveballs emerge at any point in the selling process. There were a few hiccups and that he was able to quickly provide guidance on how to navigate them and keep the deal moving along was truly impressive. I will definitely use him again if the need arises and I have already referred him to friends. If you are looking for a top-notch agent to sell or buy, consider Levi Stubbs and the Green Star Realty team. Seriously, it'll probably be the best decision you ever made.
