Honestly all of those other contracts that I was offered did offer more money, however the amount of money they offer is not worth the paper they write it on if the contract does not close. Or even if those clauses are not being closely defined. With Chris I gave him my terms and My expected closing and he took care of everything else. Can't place a price on Honesty that's for sure!!

He backed away and sarcastically asked if that was sufficient. This is not my survey. I'm a neighbor being inconvenienced by this. This is the second time this company has been out to do this survey. Both times they have been on everyone's yard except the actual yard requiring the survey. And when I say everyone's yard, I mean digging in the yards looking for old surveyor pins. This survey is for a pool but we have dug in at least five neighbor yards. What? They also parked their van right smack in front of the driveway of a neighbor and left it there as another construction company had to work around the van. More inconvenience to another neighbor. His intrusions into yet another neighbor's yard keeps triggering their security system. What has happened to civility and treating people with respect?
