Do not, I repeat, do not live in a LGI community unless you want to be living among 95% of homes purchased by investors!!!!!!! It is a nightmare with people getting evicted after 3-6 months, and home for lease signs all over the place. There is very little pride in ownership, since most of the people do not own the home they are living in. They will move after their lease is up, then it keeps getting worse, and worse. The quality of the homes is lacking beyond belief. Seriously, what kind of people are you going to attract with 0 down when buying a house read more

Where to start. I really wish yelp did a zero star review. My family and I had such a terrible experience, they lack communication with us the clients. They give you false hopes. We sign a contract that don't even respect. If they ask you for money don't give it to them!! They will use the money for personal use!! They are very unprofessional!! Save yourself the money and time!! This is the worst place ever!! And yes like one of the first reviews wrote, their adds are lies you will come to pay monthly between $1,600-$2,000+ read more

Out of all of the things I was expecting. Treating my family especially my in laws as kids was not one of them!!! It is not professional at all. To treat someone who is trying to buy a home, like a kid is so immature and stupid!!!!!!! Don't go here at alllllllllll!!!!!! They will set up appointments with you and even if you follow up on your appointment with them the same day they won't be there. read more

We originally called for help removing an unusually placed back panel underneath our kitchen sink so we could access the plumbing. Once it was removed, I planned to install our new kitchen faucet myself, but quickly realized the space was so tight that I couldn't get the old fixture off. I called again the next day, and Vlad came out that morning and installed the new faucet for us. Then, later that same evening, I accidentally broke the cartridge while trying to install a new shower handle. We suddenly couldn't turn the water back on to the entire house. Even though Vlad had already worked a full day, he came by after his last job to help us figure out a way to at least get our water back on. What impressed me most was that he didn't just look for a quick temporary fix. He took his time, worked through the problem, and ultimately ended up fixing the shower handle and getting everything working properly. Vlad is knowledgeable, resourceful, patient, and genuinely cares about finding the right solution rather than just putting a bandage on a problem. After moving into a new home and tackling a seemingly endless list of projects, finding someone this dependable has been incredibly valuable. We'll absolutely be calling Vlad again for future projects and would highly recommend him.

Made me feel like a fool. Tried to go for a house and I meet the requirements of having at least 620 points to my credit score. Got it to that point only to have them tell me "No it has to be more." Had my hopes up by the realtor only to end up being $1000 out of my pocket and with no time for this crap. Stay away from David or James!! Their adds are lies!! I have had a terrible time working with Rheannon Hansen and The Cassandra Lance Group…read more They have lied to me multiple times and even when caught lying, they ignore it like they never did lie. I own The Little Handyman. We were contracted to perform repairs at 3 different units at Rheannon's property. These works were performed on August 11th. 2 of the 3 units paid 10 days later. 1 unit was not. Our system sends an automated payment reminder weekly. These were sent on 8/18, 8/25, 9/1, 9/8, 9/15, 9/22, 9/29, 10/6, 10/13, 10/20 and 10/27 An individual email was sent on both 9/10 and 9/26 inquiring about the payment. It wasn't until 10/28- 78 days later, that I was responded to. The email stated "The tenant states no one from your company ever went". Lower in the body of that email, Rheannon stated "They never went according to the tenant." Please see the attached emails here (all personal information of tenant is retracted) Knowing this was not true (and this is where the story gets really good)- I replied with screenshots of the GPS and a text message with the tenant showing we were, in fact there. Screenshots also attached in link above. And here is the best part- Once I confronted her with the GPS and Text message to the tenant, Rheannon didn't apologize for lying. In fact, she didn't even acknowledge it. Instead, she tried to say our work wasn't good. But hilariously, she attached a screenshot (see attached) of the tenant stating we did the work and were there. The date of that response? August 14th. Thereby self-confirming the lie of us "They never went according to the tenant" and "no one from your company ever went" from the first coorespondence on 10/28 I won't bore you with the details of the threats to leave my company a bad review if we didn't drop it (which she did, then deleted, then redid under an alias as not to have a rebuttal with her name attached since she's clearly in the wrong). Or the threat to countersue in the event we put a lien on the property for unpaid service (our only recourse). Bottom line- if you want a dishonest realtor who will never accept responsibility and who stiffs local businesses. This is your team to use. There are thousands of amazing realtors in DFW. Don't support one like this.

The house I was in also had major foundation problems and the homeowner admitted to repainting and redoing the flooring to cover up the foundation problems. I called Signature Leasing when the back splash in the kitchen had separated from the wall by 2 inches, due to the foundation problems, and their answer was to try to Superglue the backsplash back to the wall. Obviously, that did not work out well! When I moved out, they charged me for all types of things that were normal wear and tear and then charged me, per the homeowner, for painting and new flooring, when the homeowner himself told me he would have to replace the flooring and repaint due to the foudation problems. I will also add that the house was not repainted or the floors repaired when I moved in. There were numerous cracks in the sheetrock and in the ceramic flooring due to foundation prioblems.

She had me use her inspector she never offered me a choice. Which she was supposed to offer me 3. I trusted her and Better Homes and Garden. So I'm a 70 year old Veteran that is disabled. And I never went in attic. Well 3 months after buying the home that cost $650,000. During Christmas my Daughter was sleeping in room and heard squirrels in the walls. Natalee is the face of the Better Homes and Gardens Winans. her handyman which I paid upfront to fix said he fixed it and everything was great. Well he didn't. Well I got concerned and called Critter Control which is a company that fixes these problems. I also talked to the Broker of Better Homes and Gardens Justin Belch they told me to stick it. I bought the house it's your problem know he told me and hung up. But there is more Critter Control found mice all over my attic. Well I called Justin again he said it is my problem. I said. Your agent lied to us and the inspector. Now it has cost me over $13,000 dollars to have animals taken out of wall and also to get mice out of Attic. This company that has many locations in North Texas and Austin, Texas Better Homes and Gardens are flat out liars and will deceive you. The company made over $80,000 in Commission from selling my other houses in Wylie TX and me buying this new house in Richardson TX. So now I had to file a small claims court in Dallas to try and get my money back they hired their attorney to strong arm us. We have a court Date set for April 17 2026. Well there lawyer said we had option to pick inspector. Well how many people know an inspector for homes. I trusted Better Homes and Gardens and Natalee Parker to be good people and resolve this matter. They shoved these papers to sign on this house and never inspected the house in attic. Well my Lender would have never let me buy this house if mice and rodents were in walls. They are liars and deceitful people that only want to sell houses. They have made my life miserable. All they had to do was fix there problem they caused. But large Corporations only care about the bottom line. Its hilarious when someone says they inspected the attic and just show water heater not hole attic. And then there inspector Brandon Rudolph says he never went in attic. So what is it? You inspected the attic like you were supposed to are took a picture of water heater and rest of attic. Like I said please be careful these people will do anything to sell house. They care nothing about you as an individual. This is a nightmare be careful and find a good company that treats you right.
