However, throughout 2018, we saw results diminish greatly, even though the number of accounts we placed in collections increased. I reached out to our representative to discuss the status of our accounts. After nearly 2 weeks, he finally responded and stated he would contact me later that week to discuss our accounts. That was almost 3 weeks ago. In the meantime, we've recouped almost nothing on the accounts placed with NWC in 2018. Some of the accounts should have been sent for legal action months ago! Needless to say, we are very dissatisfied with the service we've received since our initial review and are currently interviewing other agencies. I would not recommend New World Collections to any business owner if you are expecting good results.

I had them texting me from 866-458-5002#, I was trying to cancel their service, that's almost impossible. They still bill you after text confirmation and there's no option to cancel online and you can't get anyone on phone. I canceled my credit card to at least stop the billing, only for them to manage to somehow charge me again on the newly issued card. Now I have had to file disputes over charges with credit card company. Amazingly Beaufort County as of February 2024 just starting to charge $150 late fee, and this collection company calls me after that PLUS when I called them to find out about this bill that I knew absolutely nothing about, the one "man" that I spoke with, was RUDE and Condescending! I called again today to pay the them, I was advised that there is a $15 fee for check or credit card payment, PLUS their fee of $67! I told them that IF they had done their job BEFORE February, they wouldn't be asking for the additional $150, $67, or $15. I told the man that I would pay the $163 (prorated tax after selling the vehicle) plus against my judgment, the & $150, but I refuse to pay their fee of $67 to them! If you receive a call from them, be prepared to get sarcastic and rude right back to them. They won't be expecting it.

I also asked these questions to see what kind of response I would get to test her and to make sure I wasn't tripping. The biggest redflag is She has a F rating in the Better Business Bureau, them fake Google reviews is prolly from people she know and the ones that are complaints wit one stars are the real reviews. She seems nice when she gettin paid but when u have a question about something u get half ass answers or got to chase her down. I just come to the realization our time is up and when somebody show u they hand the first time believe them. I referred Delores in the next review as she tried to warn me I still was trying to give the benefit of the doubt to this business as I had not seen any redflags until recently. Everybody ain't lying or being a hater. I think the most complaint I read is when u reach out it takes a while to get responses. It was more how she responded to my question for me and how it was worded. When u dealing wit people u can be straight forward but u have to watch how your delivery of words. I analyze everything and I'm very detailed oriented. I get very suspicious of people who give u conflicting answers or information and or don't respond. I want to see her white clients as I notice all the people she post on social media are black, most black people operate and fixated on material objects and emotion rather than researching for themselves. I should of researched her more instead of going by what I saw online because that can be easily mislead or fake. I try to support black owned business but this is not a good one. When dealing wit taxes, finances and credit get u somebody wit a A rating on the business bureau and research. Also she has degrees in financing and psychology. Anybody trained in psychology knows how to play on feelings and emotions. another redflag when I went to her business website it says "Christian business" what does that have to do wit business , anybody that starts out wit that is definitely a scammer as most Christian's are phony! Really nice and helpful upfront but…read moreafter that first payment she will ghost your calls, until it's time to bill you for 1 or 2 at the most items removed. I paid the full $500 for the service and after that she acted like I was bugging her when I would reach out for consultation stating "well, the credit doesn't improve overnight". Try to get help with understanding how to retrieve my updated report and the items removed. She seemed irritated and impatient as she was guiding me through the prompts. She will faithfully send you invoices with no problem but will delay a response to your calls and emails. Told me that see sent letters regarding all the negatives on my report and that I should be receiving letters from the credit Bureaus. Never seen not one letter and it's been 4 months. I contacted her and stated I wanted to discontinue services and a refund for dissatisfaction and lack of consultation. She responded by stating she will put my account on hold but never addressed my request for refund. This lady is still sending me invoices for a funky $40 bill for 2 items removed and no proof of the letters she so called sent to the creditors.
