Could not be happier with the final products…read more After inquiring over the phone and receiving great customer service just on the phone by Jess, I was offered direct contact for the business owner(King) for further information on the services I was seeking. Upon contacting King, I received instant response and was able to get a reasonable quote. When I arrived at the facility to drop off the clothes I wanted customized, I was met with professionalism, product knowledge, and great customer care and service. They acknowledged everyone around them with great enthusiasm. After going over the design files and reviewing everything with the staff, any questions and concerns I had were answered and reassurance was provided throughout the whole process. I returned a week later to retrieve my finished products. I could not be any happier and content with the extent of great service I received from this location. The products came out exactly as I had imagined and according to the design files I provided. The quality of work is outstanding and King and his staff are very transparent throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this location for any customization needs.

The monogramming came back of centered and slanted and they monogrammed the name upside down. Embarrassing, I would never had brought my things here if I had an idea of how terrible they are, no apologies and pretending as if everything was fine they gave me my things facing down so I wouldn't see what they had done. Save your money and your time. They refunded me the money after I went back and forth for a while with an employee I got my money back in bills and quarters $33 not out of them acknowledging their mistake but me fighting for my child's ruined items. I spent $80 on a backpack and lunchbox to be ruined which they did not take any responsibility for. If you are not competent enough to do a job decline it. I asked for them to pay for my ruined items and all I got from their employee was "I'm sorry".

It's rodeo time and I'm on the hunt for turquoise accessories to complete my western attire…read more I've never owned any turquoise and since I probably won't wear it much, I was looking for something reasonably priced but at the same time decent. On the internet, I ended up finding a cute triangular pendant at Michael's for $4.99 with an additional 25% off if purchased online. The website did mention that it was 27 mm but I wanted to get an up close look to see if it would be a good fit for me. Once in store, it was easy to find what I was looking for because the website tells you exactly what aisle the product is on. Soo many pendants to choose from but I found mine! It was smaller and more delicate than I preferred it to be, however, I did find a different one more along the lines of what I was looking for. It was a turquoise colored teardrop priced at 14.99 and also 25% off online. Since this was a little more than what I was looking to spend, I definitely ordered online. I know that 25% may not sound like much to you but to me, a discount is a discount (smile). In the meantime, I walked out to go check out another store on the strip in search for more western like attire. I barely stepped foot in the next store when I got a ping saying that my order was ready. It had only been 3 minutes! Talking about convenient and fast service! With egg prices going up, I WILL continue to save wherever and however I can.
