And I could get attorney fees back too. He left in 2024 to his new law firm he's working at now. I got a new attorney instead of the case going with him. They defended the other party and threw the case. It cost me several thousand around $12 to 15 thousand the attorney office told me to put it into insurance and have the hoa take care of it now. The hoa is saying there putting the owner now on the board and hasn't even fixed their leak. And since it went that way they put it on my insurance for over $17,000 instead of the other parties insurance like it should be. I know Farr Cragun and Berube are not good attorneys I think I would have had better luck with Brody. I provided my package to the front desk lady, with the recommendation not to disrupt the order when making copies. When I entered the office, my package was in a mess, and I had to explain where the essential stuff was. I had made all calculations for Mr. Thomas, he just had to plug in the numbers, and I had preserved all related activities and receipts to my 1099s to facilitate any further reading, if required. The individual literally exploded at a certain point with the above words, and kicked me out. It's funny that I was filing for a large income, and this guy just literally said it was too much work.
