SASH is one of them. He's nice on the outside, but he's good at fooling new customers. I gave him the benefit of the doubt based on his reviews and trusted him. NEVER ignore your gut. Believe the other reviewers telling you the same. I brought in several pieces of jewelry for repair along with tipping Sash, expecting professional, long-lasting work based on the reviews. Unfortunately, within approximately two months, ALL OF MY JEWLERY BROKE/FELL APART. I was SO disappointed because the purpose of having jewelry repaired is to ensure that it is fixed properly and lasts. The quality of the workmanship is EXTREMELY POOR. He then proceeds to blame his poor workmanship on your jewlery (similar to what others said here). That was NOT the case. My pieces are all genuine and well-made. I've had pieces repaired decades ago that have never split open like this. In my opinion, Sash came across as VERY misleading. He talks and distracts you with conversation. He spoke about family and friends, who seem to be the ones receiving the highest level of care (and the ones writing the good reviews), while new customers receive poor service. He also intentionally adds on additional charges without confirming with the customer, that was fine with me, but at least provide the service you charged for. I am posting this review so that other customers can make an informed decision before spending their money here. If you are looking for reliable jewelry repairs, I would recommend considering the other jewelry repair businesses on the same floor. I went to another guy and he did a fantastic job. I regret spending so much money and hope this review helps other potential customers avoid a similar experience.

Although I was warned there might be small fragments from the engraving, I was assured the work could be done. If the glasses were too thin to engrave safely, the job should never have been accepted. After engraving, the glasses had visible cracks, and when I went to gently hand wash them, they completely shattered. Not only did I lose 4 Tiffany wine glasses, but I also paid $120 for this service. Very upset with the lack of responsibility and poor customer service.
