They assisted us with purchasing our house and since day one they have been a nightmare to work with. Nothing explained sufficiently, when I asked about anything to clarify it I was given attitude. As a first time home-owner, I was being assured that my hand would be held, but this did not happen. Every time I spoke with them, there were more fees. Every time I spoke with them, another surprise check or wire transfer had to be done. Now, less than a year after owning the property and after my mortgage was transferred to a different provider for a 3rd time (I was told this may happen and that MY RATES WOULD NOT CHANGE) my escrow increased by close to $300 per month! I told them about this and their only response was "we do not control taxes." They are either extremely unethical for not advising about tax increase, or extremely incompetent.
