I am sorry to say this company failed me in every way. I ran into issues with a HELOC application owing to the fact that HELOC company said that Gregory B Taylor left a lien to the prior owner on the title. I was not worried about it, I assumed it would all get taken care of. Nope, despite phone calls and multiple emails the person in charge of solving things acknowledged the issue but would not even give the courtesy of a reply, let alone solve the problem. As a result my HELOC application dragged on for 3 months and I ended up being denied due to the non responsiveness of this title company. I guess they already took my money and now frankly don't give a (you know what). Either way I would avoid this company like the plague and go with someone else. Very very unprofessional way of doing things.
