Sure we had formal pictures with our wedding party and our family standing at the alter, but most of the time it's just candid shots of your special day. It's not, "pose for this," and "hold for that." You just get to be yourselves. Elyse really did a great job of capturing our emotions and the feel of the entire day. Their packages include 300-400 digital high resolution photos that you can download with copyright release. That means you, and your friends, and your family can order as many of whatever size prints they want, and they only pay the basic cost of printing them from any store they want. THANK YOU for the photo booth- everything went off without a hitch- and I was so impressed by the…read morekindness, effiency, and fun that your staff brought to our wedding. Our family and friends had a blast getting into the booth- and were so excited to take their pictures home! The scrapbook turned out fantastic- and has brought many smiles to Jim and I! Although they have an email address and phone, they rarely responded and when they did it was usually via messages on Facebook. We were told our video would take 3 to 4 months and we got our video after nearly 6 months with zero communication about the delay. We had to contact them to find out where our video was and why it wasn't done. They are very creative and passionate about their videos but lack a good business sense and professionalism.

The amount of people you talk to, the dancing, the smiling, your emotions while walking down the aisle, my husband seeing me for the first time, my brother telling me he how much he loves me, remembering who caught the bouquet, the words during our vows, the faces of my parents as they welcome my husband into our family, the laughing with life long friends- there is just simply no way you can remember each perfect moment. Cali and A Sound Impression presented Jim and I with an incredible opportunity: to win a free wedding video- we strategized, rallied the troops and some how managed to come out on top and take away the grand prize. Tears filled up my eyes then, again on my wedding day and once again while sitting on my couch with my husband as we watched our special day unfold before our eyes. The emotion our video captures is indescribable- the pure joy it brings to my heart does not have words that can depict its true meaning. Cali- thank you for our video, thank you for your dedication to your customers, and especially for including the unique elements that made our video the true story of the beginning of Mr. and Mrs. Jones. Jim and I will be forever grateful for the gift you have given to us. -Renee Jones

We were going be in…read moreNYC (from Texas) for spring break in March 2019 and after doing a simple internet search for "senior photographers in New York City," I found Alyson's information. I contacted her and we corresponded via email up until the time we met her in New York. I prepaid a deposit for her sitting fee. I was a little nervous cold-calling a photographer in NYC because, let's face it, anything can happen. Of all the photographers that came up in my search, I am so glad I chose Alyson. She was professional, but throughout our shoot, I felt like we were working with a friend or family. She was very patient with us and had excellent creative suggestions. Bottom line, I love the pictures. She took many, many photos and it was honestly hard to narrow it down to just 100 favorites. She is also very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

This was after making the decision to cancel our 1st ceremony site & reception venue due to needing more space. It was definitely meant to be, because they had our date open in just that short amount of time. Both Nancy, Shelby & staff, were so accommodating & fantastic to work with! It was so convenient to be able to have our rehearsal dinner at the same location, as well as getting ready in the beautiful log house for the ceremony. There was absolutely no stress the day before, or day of the wedding. No matter if you have your own decorations, or use theirs, they take care of everything and set up for you! It was beautiful and dreamy... everything and more that we ever thought it would be. We more than recommend this venue for anyone who is considering a barn type of setting for your special day! It is both elegant and rustic, all in one.
