From the moment you walk in the luxury treatment begins. The staff are beyond friendly and professional. I was offered wine, water or tea while waiting in their relaxing waiting area. Kevin is very skilled and truly pays attention to the areas of concern. The sounds (especially the waves) let's just say I fell asleep twice! 10/10! Next I received my facial with Kat- I'm sure there isn't anything imperfect about her skills, technique, professionalism and service. Kat is very gentle and detailed- my skin was glowing and very hydrated. She even took a little extra time to target certain areas which I feel speaks to her craft. 10/10! I don't live in Lexington and drove 45 min for this experience. I will definitly be returning. Thank you R&S for the most relaxing self-care day!

I was having a treat yo'self day and went in for a facial and pedicure. I love my facial and even got compliments on my complexion from friends after I was done. I appreciate that they offer me a beverage and made me feel relaxed. A nice experience overall.

They told me my nails needed a whole new set and i politely asked them not to because i felt it was fine. It took almost 2 hours. The tech did not buffer my nails nor did she really seem to know what she was doing, the lady next to her kept reminding her of things she forgot and showing her. A week later the nail that they redid had fully fallen off again and the nails were chunky and not done well. I understand everyone has to learn but this was not a great experience especially because when I called they were not very kind about it.

I asked for a…read morebalayage with caramel highlights and instead received a choppy, brassy, untoned result that looked nothing like what was requested. This work was done by Madelynn. While we were extremely disappointed with both the color outcome and the obvious lack of blending and transition throughout the hair, what ultimately prompted me to leave this review was her response when concerns were raised. Rather than acknowledging the issues, she became defensive when dissatisfaction with the service was expressed. When a refund was requested due to the poor results, there was significant resistance before she eventually agreed to refund less than half of the amount paid. $150 for this inexperienced "balayage" service is a scam. Mistakes can happen, but professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to make things right matter just as much as the service itself. Unfortunately, this experience fell short in all of those areas.
