I stumbled upon this salon when searching for local salons and booked an appointment online. Booking was easy and communication reminding me of my appointment was timely. The day of my first appointment, I was asked to arrive 10 minutes early to fill out new client paperwork. Once the paperwork was complete, I was guided to my room. My waxologist explained everything to me and stepped out for me to get ready. Once she returned, she guided me every step of the way through my wax. She was kind and patient understanding this was my first. The experience was great and the results were excellent. Immediately after my appointment was finished, I scheduled my next appointment and created a timely cycle that fit my needs. Overall, I have visited this salon more than a few times and every experience has been perfect. I highly recommend Radiant Waxing as your go to wax bar in Winston!

The staff acknowledged the issue and told me I could reschedule with my preferred wax specialist. Unfortunately, I had to travel out of town before I was able to do so. To date, I have not received a refund or credit for the remaining balance of the service. Additionally, I was treated disrespectfully throughout the process. The director, Khadijah contacted me and, rather than working to resolve the matter professionally, attempted to argue with me about my concerns. She initially offered me a promotional service at another location to make up for the experience, but later withdrew that offer, stating she could not honor it. It appeared that the decision was made out of spite rather than as part of a fair resolution. Overall, I am disappointed with how this situation was handled. I expected professionalism, accountability, and appropriate customer service, but instead experienced poor communication, disrespect, and an unresolved issue.
