I've seen her work on others, and it's incredible how much detail she puts into every client, every curl. I adore her personally, and the atmosphere in her shop feels relaxed and welcoming. It's a small space with a couple of other chairs rented by other stylists. She's friendly, social, does fantastic work, and her prices are reasonable. I've been going to her for about a year now, and she's my favorite.

I tried to resolve the issue with the owner, who admitted fault, while I was in the salon. Offering to color my hair for free, give me salon products, and biotin, to regrow my hair faster. Then to my dismay, told me the next day she was doing nothing for me, and it wasn't her fault. I have gone to other salons who cannot believe this was done to me, even stating " a beauty SCHOOL would not have done this". It will take me 15 years to regrow my hair. :( FML
