I've never been here prior to this appointment I had, I had Darbee. She color corrected my hair which came out great. I asked for a TRIM for all of my hair and especially for my curtain bangs that were getting just as long as my longest layer. I already had layers so just wanted a trim but my hair looked very blunt which I did not like, I even told her I was hoping not to look like lord farquad because I already have shoulder length hair. And now we get to my bangs. I asked specifically for a trim just slightly shorter so that I can wisp them to the sides and have them flow nicely. She straight up grabs the front of my bangs, pulls them and cuts right above eyebrow like straight across bangs and when she released my bangs they were so short | already was fighting my tears not to cry. She could see I was upset she asked me how I liked my hair and I told her with a regular tone because I am not confrontational, that I was not happy with my bangs because I asked for a trim and they were now extremely short, uneven and not even curtain bangs anymore. Because then she combed them almost like straight across bangs. She then had a rude tone after I said I didn't like them and asked "well what do you want me to do to fix it" with an attitude. Sorry I was being honest? Like damn. And I told her literally nothing because then I'd have to get micro bangs. I didn't make a scene, | still paid and tipped her because I'm not a pos but I went home sobbing that day because my bangs were absolutely atrocious. I'm still extremely unhappy because they are still so short that I can't even straighten them to comb them because my hair was used to curtain style bangs that they can't just be straightened forward. There's also random short layers 3 inches from my bangs as if they were meant to be bangs it's just ridiculous. Was not trying to leave a negative review but it's impacted my life for this month and a half that I felt the need to. The photo I posted it is how they look today, like wtf. I have to pin them every day so I don't look stupid. Got my haircut march 10th.
