The picture of the parts showed it was black, the description of the part showed it was black, and WOODY told me that he verified that the part was black. Well, we received the part today and guess what?!? IT'S THE WRONG COLOR. It isn't just a shade off, it is a totally different color!! I immediately called WOODY and spoke to him about the part. After a whole lot of back peddling and crawfishing, WOODY tried laying the blame on his fellow co-workers whom I NEVER SPOKE TO. I asked if he would pay for me to ship the part back and have him send me the correct part---he wouldn't do this. I asked him for a refund and he comes back with "I can refund you $15 so you can buy a can of paint.". Here's a clue for you WOODY!! I didn't call and verify the color of the part if I thought I would have to repaint it myself!!! I'll never do business with this dumpster fire of a business again. Steer clear, they're frauds. ***UPDATE*** We took the mirror and had it painted to match the car. We paid $60 to have the mirror painted. We got it back and guess what?!? IT DOESN'T EVEN FIT THE CAR!!!! Gee, thanks Robert Hall!!! You own an established full time for real professionals!!! NOT!!!

The mechanics have been great, but I feel as if customer service has been thrown out the window. I really like the mechanics here. They do great work and are fairly quick about it too. I just wish they were quick about work they have already started, but as of yet not finished.

Returned to have the issue re-addressed; he ignored the major symptom (actual noise coming from the actual part) that we pointed out during discussion which was the same part as initial problem). He instead quoted thousands to replace items (that careful investigation would have shown) had nothing to do with the issue. To make matters worse, the quote had the potential to double, and it would have, because the things he proposed to replace were 100% not the issue. His incompetency would have cost upwards of 8K in the long run bc the repair plan was absolutely WRONG. We went elsewhere for the repair. When we returned to his shop to discuss the failure and findings from CORRECT repair; he was very unprofessional before conversation even started. He walked up saying he was "...already in a bad mood..." before conversation even began. Ultimately, he refunded (only) a portion of the costly repair and told us never to come back! As if we would. Which, ironically, is 100% confirmation that this guy lacks critical thinking skills when it matters most. Because after all the wasted money and additional expense-why would we.
