Because of the poor communication and lack of professionalism and feeling like my business mattered, I hired the job out with someone else. Imagine my surprise, when I reached out to a different company, and they actually bid the job, communicated and showed up to do it! The response was that they wouldn't be able to send anyone over that day, but would the following week. That was in April, it is now approaching the third week of May. We had some friends over and I mentioned Decook. He immediately said, "Oh they won't call you back. I've been waiting for three years." How could I possibly write a positive review with such poor customer service? Then and I find out I'm not the only one? If there was really any intention to do the job you would think you would get a call back. That wasn't even done! At least twice! I'd understand if I had been told they were booked etc., but to lead someone on by saying we'll send someone out and then don't is basically just lying. I wouldn't be writing this review if someone had lifted a finger to stop out or to simply call and say they won't be able to help. I would like to have reviewed a project, but obviously that's not possible.
