Arturo pointed out several sins from past roof replacement and made the adjustments to correct, like missing flashing, improper torch down, old valleys not removed in previous work. He has a keen eye to what is corret and what is not and will provide a great job at a fair price. Huge versatility in not just all things roofing but also a lot of carpentry skills, replaced rafters, fascia, lots of damaged decking. Worked from amazing height 3 story for some of the fascia.
