Not a speck of trash to be found on the job site. Arturo pointed out several sins from past roof replacement and made the adjustments to correct, like missing flashing, improper torch down, old valleys not removed in previous work. He has a keen eye to what is corret and what is not and will provide a great job at a fair price. Huge versatility in not just all things roofing but also a lot of carpentry skills, replaced rafters, fascia, lots of damaged decking. Worked from amazing height 3 story for some of the fascia. Replaced integrated torch down gutters and architectural shingles.
