Dr. House re-did all my dental work, fixed the pain, and spared me FOUR root canals. I can't say enough about what a great dentist he is. It wasn't until many months later and much work done, that their purposely-elusive wording finally came to surface, along with having an internal policy of not letting the patient know when their insurance is actually out-of-network. Needless to say got stuck with an unexpected and rather expensive dental bill instead. So they too just turned out to be yet another unscrupulous north-Idaho business that has always gotten away with it in this notorious anti-consumer state. Kudos I guess.

I don't typically write reviews, but my handful of experiences over the course of the last 3yrs with him have been phenomenal and memorable. The explanation of the process and procedures is so helpful as a patient. To be treated with respect and given an anatomy lesson to visually show the reasons why something is the way it is and how and why it needs to be fixed is refreshing. He didn't dumb anything down and was very realistic with what I was likely going to experience. They put my nerves at ease. - no pun intended! Dr Tim P is so funny, kind and it's obvious that he enjoys what he does- didn't seem like a job to him but more of a passion. It is very clear his heart is in it for his patients. Called the dental office back to tell them something wasn't right and had the receptionist told me to gargle with salt water, which I have been doing. I stopped into their office the following Friday and there was a surgeon there, but she was busy and couldn't see me. I was told to keep doing what I was doing. By Saturday I couldn't sleep eat or drink I had to go to minor emergency to get an antibiotic as I had an infection. I would not have had the infection if the doctor would've done his job and prescribed an antibiotic. I called them seven days after the procedure, I went in all of this is about 13 days in and left a message with no callback or response. I wouldn't recommend them, I didn't see any care for the patient whatsoever.

I appreciated that he took a wait-and-see approach before rushing to fill a cavity (alas, it needed to be filled), and was so kind when we called with a scary, after-hours dental emergency. And the dental hygienists are fantastic! I have VERY sensitive teeth, and getting my teeth cleaned is traumatic. They are so careful and so patient.
