I had tried to get her into another local endodontist and they blew us off, telling me to "wait for antibiotics to work". Her condition was urgent, with infection starting to compromise her airway, he immediately identified this and consulted with a ear nose and throat doctor. Because of his dedication to medicine and his patients, my daughter was taken care of promptly. I know she would have ended up in the emergency room with a compromised airway had we not taken her in and "waited another day". Thank you Dr Penberthy for your dedication to your patients.

I was comfortable signing forms related to the consultation itself, but I did not feel comfortable signing agreements for treatment decisions and financial responsibility before I had even spoken with the doctor or agreed to any procedure. I politely explained this and asked to discuss those items after the consultation. Unfortunately, I was told I would not be seen unless all forms were signed in advance. The office staff were not kind or considerate of my request. The interaction left me feeling pressured and VERY uncomfortable. Patients should be able to ask questions and fully understand treatment recommendations and costs before being expected to sign broad financial agreements. I respect that offices have policies, but this experience was not the right fit for me, and I chose to seek care elsewhere. I do not recommend them.
