I buried my son in April. He was the first person I've ever buried so I didn't know how it worked…read more They were nice and walked us through everything at the time. However, they did not tell us the rules about the stone. I ordered a granite stone and asked if that was ok and they said it was fine. Then I left flowered on my sons grave and the funeral removed them. I went to the office to find out what happened and they said they interferes with maintenance. They then told me that it needed to hang over the stone not away from the stone. So I had a vase made that would go in the ground flush with stone and hang over it: completely not interfering with maintenance. Once again the flowers were missing when I went to visit my son. I went to the office where I was informed by the director that if I want to leave flowers I will need to purchase a new stone from them with a built in vase. I explained that I didn't have $2000 to buy this new stone. I also explained that, had they told me that was my only option to leave flowers before hand that I would have originally bought that type of stone. So now I have paid the money for the original stone and now have to buy a second stone because they didn't explain how it works. They director was cold hearted and money oriented. Wasn't willing to work with me on an option so I could show my baby some love. I've never met someone so heartless as he was. If your thinking about burying someone there, DONT. They are money driven. I wish I had chose another place and I feel very held hostage because I don't want to dig up my child. Not to mention they don't even have my vase or flowers to give back to me. So unprofessional.

Instead, they hang up on you if you use curse words in your time of anger and pain. They offer no apologies only excuses. My mother's funeral was this morning and I hope the other family enjoyed her flowers very much. I'm sorry they had to snatch the flowers off your loved ones fresh grave, but they were meant for my mother. The cards were removed from the flowers and sent to another grave. We suggested they not remove the cards and we were told they will look into it. If you are in the funeral business and can't handle a few curse words when being asked about your tremendous and incomprehensible mistakes, then I suggest you find another job because you are not cut out to deal with grieving families. You had no right to send my mother's flowers to someone else's funeral and grave and this isn't a mistake, it's flat out negligence and sloppiness. The most unprofessional funeral/cemetery I have ever had to deal with. Thanks for making the day I buried my mother that much harder.
