She and her staff are so happy and uplifting. You can tell they truly love their work. They make you feel completely safe with all of their Covid-protocols. My son's pediatric dentist, and my own dentist, both recommended Dr. Staller. He and his team were so wonderful during the initial consultation, I knew my son would be in great hands for the surgery, and he was. I don't even have the words to describe how excellent Dr. Staller and his team were. The front office staff and Dr. Staller's nurses were so patient, kind and accommodating, and Dr. Staller was so good to my son, taking every care to keep him comfortable, and explain everything to both of us before, during and after the surgery. He gave us his cell phone number for any after hours concerns (including meeting us at his office if we needed help on Christmas Day, even though the office was closed), and called a few hours after the surgery personally to check on my son, who was doing great. He explained everything in detail about the the implant procedure before I had it done. It was quick and painless. He is very precise and great at what he does. The rest of the staff is also quite nice and helpful. They really help put you at ease. The office has pretty decent hours and can usually work with your schedule, if you need to be squeezed in early in the morning or later in the evening. They communicated really well with my dentist, to make sure all my records were in order, and everyone did their part correctly. Dr. Friedman also helped modify my mouth guard after the implant procedure (otherwise it would have been useless), which I appreciated. I hope I don't have to go back to a periodontist any time soon, but would definitely return here if I needed something done!
