Had a deep cleaning yesterday with nine shots of Novacaine. Horrible mouth pain was told I could get a pain medication due to the deep cleaning. Went home without it and called later in the day to get the pain medication they prescribed a mouthwash and toothpaste, which did not work. Took over the amount of over-the-counter medication which did not help. Called back 48 hours later to complain and to see if I could get a pain medication. Their response was since I didn't complain about pain when I left the office they can't prescribe it to me. I didn't feel any of the pain until a few hours later after the procedure because of the nine shots of Novacaine. Ridiculous will not be back. Do not recommend. read more

Very quick visit after the initial visit. I haven't had any issues. Cleaning and x-ray views on a big screen. Definitely would recommend.

My tooth may or may not be able to be saved. I signed off on that risk. So, I cannot grade the work of the dentist. In respect to the temporary filling. I now am committed to this practice/the dentist.... to see the temporary filling through. Filling is there. First part of the mission complete. What I can grade is everything else. I flinched when she went to inject the numbing me. Or she poked to see if I felt anything. Hard to tell. But, it hurt. Her reply was "really?" Fine. The next attempt, I also flinched. Her reply: "Are we over-thinking?" I should have just walked out then. The utter nicey/disrespect stuff is not professional. My neck/shoulders are stiffing at some point. My hand will twitch/tremor if my blood pressure goes up. Overrides the medication I'm on. I'm sitting with that comment the entire appointment. Again. I should have walked out. She keeps trying to calm me, like I have anxiety. That's not the emotion I had. Gets to asking me what shade I want the crown to be at. Seriously, just match it to the partial. Lighting, my eyes, whatever. I'm also still. Twitching. Biting down on something for 5 minutes. Cannot talk. Pick the shade. Match the partial. Neck is not feeling well either. Again, prior accident/I'm pissed. They just wouldn't accept my shade of white answer. I even tell them why. They provide mirror. I'm done. I want out. I get to the desk to schedule the needed follow up. Instead choose to finish that part once I'm out in my car. I do pressure point on my neck. Office informs me that dentist will only have Tuesday hours. The one day I work... A full, ten-hour day. On the shaky hours I have. With not enough money. You owe that to your perspective patient. To tell them, you'll have limited hours coming up. I WOULDN'T HAVE SELECTED YOU THEN TO BEGIN WITH. Only two times available were 10am or 2pm. So, I lose half a day. Travel time, etc. I will not be using this practice after the crown goes in. And, if the filling fails.... I'll just pay my usual dentist out-of-pocket to pull it. Great tech. Fancy tv screens. I'll take my old fashioned dentist in the future. read more

Horrible I went back despite my better judgment but they just send u off with no antibiotics and denied I had a dry socket which I'm going else where. If u could give 0/5 stars I'd do it. They act like they care but most don't and my experience in the office is super hectic . read more

June visit. I had not been here in a few years due to a change in insurance providers. Only one doctor was working and he seemed to rush through the procedure. I came in with a chipped tooth. I was advised that it was a 90/10 chance that I may need a root canal. We ended up filling other cavities in that area. I left with an aching jaw that lasted over a month and a half and a more sensitive tooth than when I went in. I've never had any previous issues with dentists and being unable to eat and use my jaw properly was beyond frustrating. I will not be returning to this establishment read more

Horrible - all about the money. Find a place with good reviews - this place is terrible! They destroyed my teeth and left me with thousands of dollars in repair work, run from this office. You will regret the day you walked in. read more

My daughter has been going here for 2 1/2 years and I recently learned they take unnecessary x-rays for routine (semi-annual) cleanings. Today, they took x-rays, did a sub-par cleaning using an ultrasonic scaler instead of a manual scaler which is recommended by the ADA during covid. They did not polish her teeth. The Dentist came in to examine her and recommended Invisalign because he thought her bottom teeth looked "crowded," She's 21 and has seen an orthodontist since she was 10 and has no such issue. They also insisted she pay a $25 PPE fee--shouldn't that be on them as the cost for doing business? This practice is disreputable, incompetent and avaricious. read more

I know how to read an insurance estimate. According to the estimate my insurance sent me I should pay an average of $21.90 per tooth for cavities and when I arrived to have the work done I was told it would be $75 per tooth. More than 3x the estimate I received. I have 2 broken teeth and when I was in in June I was told there would be 2 appointments after the insurance approved the work and one half of my mouth would be completed each visit. When I went back today, I was informed that there would be a minimum of 4 appointments and likely more each costing me a co-pay. Further it was never stated prior to my arrival for the work to be done that full payment would be due upfront for any work done that that visit. A payment option was offered that would charge me interest from the start and I have no desire to in-debt myself and throw money away on interest when any other reasonable medical professional I've seen has a competent billing office to see to their accounts. I had asked that my broken teeth be addressed first yet they only scheduled enough time for me to have my cavities filled and my teeth cleaned, these are obviously the lowest priority of any of the work I need done. On top of all of this, I was also told I would have to pay a $25 per visit "PPE fee", I already paid $50 at my original appointment in June and was told it would be a one time "PPE fee". No credit of any kind was mentioned for the first charge of $50 when this reoccurring charge that they appear to have switched to was explained to me. I booked an appointment online as a new patient and showed up for my appointment to a closed office. I called and no one answered. Then an employee showed up to tell me that the doctors are not in today. No call, communication, or anything. I canceled my appointment and will be going somewhere else after reading further reviews. read more

As I was here once for a routine cleaning, I was told that I had a root canal with a total expense being $1500. I was told that I had an infection. I did not see any infection in the X-ray (which would be black from what my research stated). I did not feel as if I had an infection either. This seemed fishy and my gut feeling that was that I had a large cavity that didn't yet create an abscess or dead tooth just yet. Got a second opinion. The second dentist told me there is infact NO infection and NO root canal was needed- that the tooth just had a big cavity. Asked him why I would be mislead, he said because of money. I just got my filling done and I am fine as can be- saved $1500 by not coming back here! There is no opinion in root canal- there is or isn't and 100% did NOT have one. Shame on this place- I am advising all and reporting to BBB. Greedy place! read more

Terrible practice. If I could give a negative 10, I would. I have full in network union dental insurance coverage, which this office honored the pay schedule for 100% coverage on any procedure. Went in for a chipped tooth. They refused to fix the chip in a front tooth, instead told me I needed a crown AND would have to pay 800$, but yet my union insurance covers 100% of any procedure done. The office staff even told me, my insurance covers 100% of any procedure(since they are in network and agreed to the pay schedule) but they wouldn't make any money for a crown, then why accept my very well covered union insurance? Instead they took bite wings, a full panoramic, and never took an x-ray on the tooth I went in for. All they did was try to bill my insurance as much as they could with x-rays instead of just filling my small chip, which would of only made them 50$ through my dental insurance. Stay away from this practice, all they do is try to up charge and get as much as they can from your insurance company. Bunch of crooks, in a back alley run down dental office. read more

I was very pleased with the dental office. It is very modern and clean. The office staff, dentist, and hygienist were very professional and thorough. My 3 kids were seen (aged 16,13, and 11). All insurances are accepted, they offer payment plans if needed. I will definitely return. read more
