do not waste your time or money. We went through Lowe's to order all new custom windows for our home, and Louis construction was assigned to us for the installation. My husband used vacation days to be here during the installation, on the morning they were supposed to be here no one showed up and I did not get a phone call until that night asking to reschedule. When they installed our windows they were too small because they did not measure correctly, they install the windows anyway. They refused to insulate the gaps in the window before the trim was put over it to hide it. They also nailed new trim to our old trim instead of removing it. Several windows were damaged and missing screens, we were told that they would replace it and never did. They are now hiding behind Lowe's because they do not want to fix their mistakes. Our windows are not even set into our frames, they are pulled out to hide the fact that the old trim is over the new trim. And as a result our windows stick out several inches from the front of our home. I even have the owner of the company come out to inspect the windows and after showing him all of the issues he claims that he sees nothing wrong. so before you spend your hard earned money to fix up your home, I highly suggest you do more research and avoid this company. read more

I would urge everyone to not waste their time with this buisness. If you need anything installed it takes 3-6 months for service. This business is also unprofessional and lacks communication. I have been waiting since December to get my storm door installed. I had an appointment set up in January to get the door installed. I informed them my door was a Lowe's. They showed up with no door saying I needed to pick the door up (after Lowe's told me the installers would pick the door up). Okay cool, not a problem, I picked the door up and scheduled another appointment for February, well NO ONE SHOWED UP. I communicated with the office and the whole time I was informed they're were coming and never did. After contacting them the whole month of March with no avail, I received a text message with another date. I scheduled for May 10th between 1-3. The installer called saying they could come earlier and I needed to be there. I said that does not work for me because I'm at work and I was told I didn't need to be there. At this time I notified him I left the door handle in the house and I could leave work to get it also if need be but it would be the original time of the appointment. He basically pushed for me to accept an earlier time so he could finish his day early, which was not the time of my appointment. I him if I needed to leave work I could because I have been waiting on the instillation for a while. This man cancels the appointment and both him or the office refused to answer my call. The then contacted another number, who basically said my appointment was canceled because I was not home nor did I leave my door handle. My appointment was from 1-3pm and they canceled the appointment at apx 12:00pm. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
