They attend group training once a week, but if it were up to them they'd love to be there every day if they could. As a homeschooling family, I love that group training gets them rubbing shoulders with other kids and allows them to get some "formal" teaching from someone other than mom and dad. Bonus: our charter school allow us to pay for training using school vouchers. All the couches are really great - they know how to work with kids, how to push them, yet encourage them, and they're just all really easy-going and fun to be around. I love that my kids leave class sweaty, with flushed cheeks, and sore muscles... Proves that they're engaged the whole time and it's not just an hour of babysitting I'm dropping them off for. Danielle worked with her privately an hour twice a week for 6 weeks and the results were a complete 360. Danielle's skill, basketball IQ and teaching ability catapulted Nicole from averaging 1.2 PPG to 8.2 PPG (9.6 in conference) and from 6.4 minutes per game to 20 mpg. She started 6 games this year and is usually the first player off the bench. One game she had 21 pts, 7-of-7 field goals and 6 of 8 free throws. She is now a true impact player at the D1 level. I can't say enough about this program, except that it was well worth the investment. Nicole definitely plans to train again this summer with Danielle.

She especially loves when she gets to use the giant screens because it makes basketball more fun. The camp was a great time for her and she can't wait to go back and do another one. My husband has also played in games at Shoot360 in El Dorado Hills and has had a great time, and said the referees were fair and kept the game going. I highly recommend Shoot360 in El Dorado Hills if you have a daughter who wants to learn to play basketball in a fun and safe environment.

I would not recommend this camp based on our experience…read more My 11-year-old son repeatedly complained of severe stomach pain throughout the day while attending camp. He even sat out several drills because he wasn't feeling well and gave the staff my phone number, asking them to call me. Despite multiple complaints and my son specifically requesting that I be contacted, no one called. When he got home, I could immediately tell something was seriously wrong. We took him to the emergency room, where he was diagnosed with acute appendicitis and required emergency surgery. As a parent, it's terrifying to think that my child was asking for help and no one notified me. Had his condition continued to worsen without medical attention, the outcome could have been much more serious. What was equally disappointing was how this situation was handled afterward. When I spoke with the owner, Ron (or Roy), I found him to be dismissive, condescending, and lacking empathy. At no point did I feel that there was genuine concern for what my son had gone through. Even more surprising, no one from the facility reached out in the days following to check on my son after his emergency surgery. My younger son was also registered to attend camp that week, and no one contacted us to see if he would be attending or to ask how our family was doing. Because of this experience and the lack of communication, I chose not to send him. I understand that staff are not medical professionals, but they are responsible for communicating with parents when a child repeatedly complains of significant pain or asks for a parent to be contacted. A simple phone call could have made all the difference. I hope this review encourages the camp to improve its communication policies and take children's health concerns more seriously so another family doesn't have to experience what ours did.

Only bummer is no baby swings. Soccer field for dogs or children to run around or kick a ball. There was also baseball fields, hockey court, tennis court, although they might be locked up. It's something to look into through the city. There a pretty big picnic area for parties. I think I may have seen bbq's as well. Although I didn't see a bathroom but there might be I just wasn't looking for one. I did see a homeless man where the picnic tables were. Just keep a close eye on your children. He wasn't bothering anyone, very quiet and to himself. You can never be too cautious though.
