I have been a very long time customer of the Levs on Morse Rd. I can say that they have saves my booty on many occasions. And the staff is amazing, there are a few new faces, however employees I met over 5 years ago are still there. the absolute worst custom service ever. brought in 3 guns to pawn/sell. they just opened and it was like I was invisible. they were more conserved with putting out their inventory of guns rather then helping me. I do not like this location in comparison to the others. I took my PlayStation and accessories here to pawn them and they tried to tell me I couldn't get even $80 out of my things before they examined everything. I proceeded to tell them that I always pawn the exact same thing at their other location for double that. I then asked for my things back and took it over to the Main Street location that I usually go to and got what I wanted out of it. Went there to search for a gift for my girlfriend. They had a good selection of ladies jewelry for sure . At 1st glance the prices seemed average compared with other pawn shops,however I was shocked at the deal that I negotiated on a bracelet for her . The staff was very friendly and helpful and tried hard to make the deal , which they did ! ps, my girl LOVES the bracelet and thinks I paid tons of money for it, so we are both very happy. Went in to check out men's jewelry and watches for my husband's birthday a couple days ago. Employees were blasting ghetto music and playing video games. They all acted like they hate their jobs, hate customers and maybe even hate themselves. First and last time visit. Never again. read more

This place is a total fucking scam! I pawned my item there an the girl that works there said come back in 90 days on the due date to get it back or u can refinance it I call up there on my due date an they said they was open till 6 WHICH THEY LIED ABOUT I show up at 545 an nobody is there I tried calling all weekend an NO ANSWER. So then when I come in on that following Tuesday they had my stuff already on the sales floor ( my stuff was do on Friday an they did not answer phones till Tuesday) an then I had to pay the amount for my stuff back that they was selling it for!!
