Also Tom Hall's recommendation to use Isabella Band & Trust as the trustee was terrible as we hated working with IBT as they are super slow and incompetent and also Tom Hall is their attorney so he made thousands off his consulting fees for our case. We felt Tom Hall was unethical with some of the things he did with our case and we feel he is dishonest. Also he showed no empathy for our mother's passing. This is no surprise since he just received his license in 2007, unfortunately I was referred to him from another lawyer. When i told him of my unhappy service his response "well u believed they owed you money and will tell them I no longer represent you". Eventually I did get the money back from the opposing party including the $100 i had spend on this crap lawyer. Just for a consultation and representation he charged me $100. He probably was mad because I didnt want to spend the full 1200 on him to sue them in court and obviously lose from him not understanding the full story/facts.
