It would have been nice if he had given our mom an electronic copy so she could update herself instead of having to go to him for every change. Also Tom Hall's recommendation to use Isabella Band & Trust as the trustee was terrible as we hated working with IBT as they are super slow and incompetent and also Tom Hall is their attorney so he made thousands off his consulting fees for our case. We felt Tom Hall was unethical with some of the things he did with our case and we feel he is dishonest. Also he showed no empathy for our mother's passing. We wish mom would've have used software to create her Trust instead of messing around with overpriced lawyers and banks.
