My first encounter with this artist was actually not at the mall, but at a school dance years ago. He did a great job then too. My second encounter with this artist was recently at a wedding. He works extremely fast for the level of detail in his artwork. I highly recommend hiring him for events. He works quickly and has such a pleasant smile.
