I was T-Boned and my Truck totaled while traveling to Buckley AFB for work. My truck never made it home but I did with moderate injuries to my hand, shoulder and neck that lasted weeks. My injuries started to hurt much worse a couple days after the wreck and it became clear I would have to get treatment. I worked with Sarah Freedman and Jessa Boles entirely through phone and E-Mail and could not have been happier. The thing we all want when hiring a lawyer is someone who will listen to and take your case as seriously as you do. Perhaps most importantly for me I needed someone to help walk me through all the steps since it was my first real accident with injuries. When you're trying to balance the hassle of finding a new vehicle and getting treatment it can be difficult to know what to do next to make sure you're protected, Sarah did a fantastic Job explaining things to me every step of the way. I can only give you a long story short. Maybe its due to an adjustment in the company but it took almost 2 years to handle a no fault car accident. The accident occurred Sept 2024 The paper work for the settlement was signed and completed in April of 2025 we were told a settlement check would be given. A week went by then a month no one was returning our calls. In August of 2024 Sam told us to bare with him it was the insurance company? Holidays rolled around still no settlement check. In January of 2026 someome finally saw the the case wasn't closed and the settlement was not paid out . A lot of back and forth and the paper work had to be resigned in February 2026 and in late Feb 2026 a settlement was received. This case involved a 83 year old man we trusted these lawyers would take good care of him it was traumatizing enough that someone hit him at a red light no fault of his own he was re traumatized by having to fight for these lawyers to do the right thing. After meeting and signing with the attorney my case was turned over to an obviously overworked paralegal who doesn't even reside in Colorado. Never received any direction or prep for either the DIME or RIME appointments, just name time and place. Luckily the DIME was very favorable not so much the RIME. I believe it's my Attorneys fiduciary responsibility to prepare me as what to expect and how to respond. Case in point Doctors are not privy to medical records past 5 years, what wasn't explained is if the Doctor can get you to volunteer that information they can and will use it against you. You are also entitled to a copy of the RIME recording which I thought I had made very clear I wanted as I had done research on the RIME Doctor and found his reviews to be very negative, one even accused him and apparently had prof of him altering the recording. I sent that to my paralegal. I decided to record the exam myself. My attorney failed to order the copy in a timely manner and we would not receive it before the hearing. Once it was ordered opposing council made a settlement offer. My attorney strongly encouraged me to accept it stating the negative RIME report, (even though my paralegal told me the RIME Doctor was a well known, and I quote, " INSURANCE WHORE ") as well as video surveillance footage opposing council had. He never challenged any of it. I definitely would have requested ALL the surveillance footage not just a carefully edited 10 minutes out of several days, also the RIME report was full of exaggerations and unsubstantiated claims. What really surprised me was my Attorney said is was unaware of my chiropractic history even though I had given the paralegal his name and a copy of the X-rays he had taken and that was months earlier. As my Attorney continued to try and convince me to accept the offer saying I could lose my case or if we won opposing council would just drag it out and I wouldn't get the treatment I needed but if I settled my insurance would take over and I would get the medical attention I needed. The most damaging statement and the one that convinced me I had no actual representation was when my Attorney said, the longer it drags out the less money THEY, Levine Law, make. WOW! So apparently the Law firms bottom line takes precedence over the needs of the client. Felling I had no real representation I was compelled to settle although I didn't accept the first offer and asked for an additional amount which was agreed to within a matter of a few minutes. So for the above reasons I cannot in good conscious recommend Levine Law. read more

We got 10% of what Andrew initially told us our case was worth and the law firm got 40% of that. We paid $5,000 for a financial report that was never used. Andrew told my husband not to go to work and not to use his sick time. If we had followed his advice, we would have lost our home. He also said it would take 30 days and it took over 18 months. Not one time did anyone call us to see how we were doing and we initiated most of the contact that did take place. BIG MISTAKE to use this law firm. read more

They did a pretty good job getting my mother-in-law a decent settlement. She had been hit from behind by a careless driver and had suffered injuries that required surgery and rehabilitation. One thing they could improve on is their back office support. Once you do an interview with a lawyer to get an idea what you might get in a settlement, you will interact with para legals the rest of the time you work with the law office. I'm sure this is the way most law offices are run. But in this case, the paralegal was not very diligent and had lost some of our paperwork and then was eventually fired. She had not done the work on our case that she was supposed to do, so another lawyer (Sam) at the firm took over and worked on our case. We had to re-email some documents and we lost about 3 months of time, but in the end we got everything handled. Sam was really great by the way. I think if they stored documents in a central repository and had a little more oversight on their para legals, maybe this situation could have been prevented. But the end result is what counts and they came through nicely. One thing I learned is how important uninsured motorist coverage is. The guy that hit my mother-in-law had minimal insurance and so we also relied on uninsured (which also includes under-insured) coverage that allowed us to get another $50,000 of additional settlement money that we otherwise would not have been able to get. read more

I don't want to give this a star rating because we did not get to really work with these people. We started working with JW who was very professional. fired. I got a phone call from an attorney Andrew who told me he was taking over JWs cases. He decided mine was not one he would work on. I had questions, he didnt care and he was very rude about it. I told him that we are adults and that there was no reason for him to talk to me the way he did. I guess because I wasn't making him money he didn't need to be polite or professional. It seems to me as long as you're making him money he'll put an act on. If not you get the real Andrew who is very rude. read more

I only gave them one star because I had to. I was hit by an 18 wheeler at a stop sign. Not many injuries. It took MY insurance company a year to find the proper insurance company for the trucking company, Levine Law NEVER found them. In that year I had 3 or 4 different Paralegals who never did a thing. After my insurance company found the responsible party we settled for pennies, not any where near what I felt I was entitled to. Oh and on top of taking the 33% agreed upon they also took additional fees for setting up my account, acquiring my medical records and mailings, I was never told there would be additional fees, beware. I was also told in August, when Partick settled for almost nothing, that I would be getting additional money for my MedPay settlement, which the firm would not be taking a commission from. Here it is December and I can't get Patrick to answer my calls or emails regarding the MedPay funds I am supposed to get. I am writing this off as the worst experience EVER and will be looking into the mishandling of my case further. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! read more
