I've been to this store several times and everyone was very helpful and friendly. I see a lot of negative reviews on here and thought I would share my experiences. Working retail is tough and constantly trying to people please is even tougher. Cut these people some slack, they don't need to wait on you, and it isn't their responsibility to give you a good day. Some people's expectations of retail workers is absurd. But your jeans and stop taking everything so personal. Sheesh. read more

Slow service. No acknowledgment. Workers all congregating in the back talking. Cashier not acknowledging other guests that are waiting and waiting. Talk about rude customer service! I went up to a lady who's hair was in a bun reddish brownish color. She looked like she just woke up and was in sweats. Me my bf and his mom went up to her and asked if they can order jeans for us, I guess she's new because she did not know what to do or needed assistance which is fine. While we were asking if she can order jeans for us she kept saying ummmm yeah and she was talking to her other coworker while we were waiting to order the jeans. She kept walking back and forth and we told her to forget about it and walked off a bit upset. While I was in line the lady who was ringing me up seemed nice but while I was giving her the jeans she kept snatching it out of my hands and she was rushing the transaction. After the transaction she asked me if I wanted a bag I said yes she did not charged me for the bag since she asked me at the very end of the transaction. After grabbing the bag of 4 jeans I felt the bag sinking down. I asked the same teller who helped me if I can get another bag. This little girl looked at her coworker and gave her a "is she serious" type of look? And she rolled her eyes and gave me the bag while staring at her coworker I noticed this and I called her out, I asked if that's okay? And I caught her by surprise she right away said oh yeah it's fine why? And I said cause I saw you giving your coworker a side eye look of annoyance. Her whole attitude changed and she said oh no no no I am so sorry! You're fine. I told her mhm and gave her a side eye look and walked out. Glad to know this Levi's location hire rude disrespectful little kids. read more

Horrible customer service. Three cashiers just chatting at the desk. I tried to ask a question and they wouldn't acknowledge me. Saw a clerk trying on clothes and talking to the others about it. No one asked if we needed help or checked in on us on the dressing rooms. The guys working the floor were much more helpful. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I came to this location two days after Christmas to exchange an online purchase for one pair of jeans, to get a different size. When I was the only person in line, the lady at the register turned her back and pretended to fold clothes behind her so she didn't have to cash me out. Then she turned back around, and hand gestures for me to come over, didn't greet me or say a word to me. When I politely said "Hi, I need to make an exchange from an online purchase" she didn't say a word to me and on her intercom said "This tennessee girl don't know nothin' about online stuff so somebody needs to come help me". She couldn't have been more annoyed and was glaring and frowning the whole time. Apparently the other guy didn't know how to do it either so they got a manager who barely greeted me either. I was clearly a HUGE inconvenience to these employees. The only positive person in the whole store was a different guy who helped me find a different size. My advice to Levi's is this: greet your customers with a smile, and hire employees who actually want to be there. read more

I have never felt so insulted in my whole life... talking to an associate who came up to my son and I made conversation to sell of course.. then when told her we were new to the area and are there hiring going on? She looked at me and said... I DON'T KNOW... WE HAVE PRETTY HIGH STANDARDS HERE... then walked away... I almost told her this isn't Beverly Hills lady and sure isn't the movie Pretty Woman either... Oh God do I love this store. This to me is how it should be. Simple, clean and all denim. Prices are fantastic compared to many places I have seen. Now my only real problem with this store is that I am just too darn big from sampling too many restaurants to fit into many of their clothes. Not everyone else's problem, just mine. No issue though, going the quality route now and not the quantity anymore, so soon I too will be able to easily shop in this store for my jeans as well. read more

Just fantastic customer service. I went in to look for some jeans and the staff impressed me the most. I feel like this is the model of how customer service should be when shopping for clothes, or anything for that matter. Whoever is hiring/training the staff is doing a great job. The first girl I came into contact with let me know about the store's current promotions. Then when I was looking for jeans, it was Joe (Joel?) who did most of the heavy lifting by helping me out, finding the sizes and colours (I am Canadian so I spell colour with a u) I was looking for. Then in the fitting room, the girl in there was awesome as well. When I needed another size or colour, she'd get the sales staff to bring them in and there was barely any wait time. Unfortunately the promotion required me to purchase two pairs of jeans and they didn't have my size in the second pair of jeans I liked. I couldn't find another wash I liked so had to leave empty handed. I felt no pressure to make a purchase and they understood the situation. However, I was still on the fence so my wife and I walked around the mall while I thought about it. Before leaving, I had decided to go back and give another wash a try. By this time, all new staff was working and they were just as helpful. I ended up purchasing two pairs of jeans here so thanks to the very helpful staff. read more

Some of the best customer service I've ever received. And PACKED full of great clothes! (Not just jeans- got two cute tops as well).The whole staff was helpful but Andrea was beyond phenomenal with an exchange. Drove all the way back to Eugene and realized I had the wrong size of jeans. She shipped them back to me and even refunded me for shipping. This woman is amazing. This store is awesome read more

Ok I live in the area of this store. I have been there a quite a few times. The prices On Sale are ok . But for an outlet there is never the size I need in the color I want. And the is in one of their popular sizes of jeans. Went in there today Jan 1st, there were few customers and about as many staff. So the girl asks me if she can help me find my size. Well they didn't have it in the color I wanted, "Well why don't you buy a size larger" yeah I want to wear a size too big! So I selected a color that I really didn't want. So I went to check out , well they had one person in checkout and some sort of issue there. It took 5to ten minutes for the manager to open another register. I will never go back. read more
