One is more beautiful than the other and she makes it seems so easy. It can be quite challenging to work with a toddler but my daughter didn't even realize she was being photographed. Photographer asked if baby could sit on her own and I said not really. We tried anyway.. after one photo, baby fell back and hit her head so now she was upset for a few minutes, took about 3-5 mins for her to feel better. I take full responsibility for her falling because I wasn't close enough to catch her, but once she fell photographer sighed and I felt rushed to hurry up and get the next picture in. I understand she has other photo shoots to do, but for the amount of money we paid. You'd think she'd give us a few minutes for my baby to get into a better mood and for her eyes to get less puffy. You could tell she was just there to make her quick money and that's it, didn't care if baby was alright. When we were reviewing photos, the exposure was crazy bright or too dark. Definitely not worth it! I highly suggest getting pictures taken by a local photographer or a more professional spot. Don't waste your money here.

They had minimal props, for example a small Christmas tree with around 5 Xmas balls on it. We were pleased with the sibling photos. Decided to have Christmas cards made. Big mistake! Had to go back and have them reprinted and because they were busy with clients I waited a long time. Ended up having them mailed to my house on their dime. We have since used this company at their Paramus Park location and have had really good experiences there. I don't recommend coming to this location.

HIGHLY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND…read more EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED When calling across multiple days, phone calls were not picked up. I had to email in for responses. I wanted to come in and look at sample photos before/after and discuss expectations. Although the website makes it seem like a friendly environment where you can call, speak to someone, and visit, that wasn't my experience. The photographer ran one hour late and asked to wait in the car. It took almost ten days, including the weekends, holidays, and other excuses and apologies, to receive the finished photos. After the final photos were provided, I was messaged that if I needed further edits, please let them know. The final product was definitely below typical expectations compared to past photographers. 1. The edit was too bright, the highlights were too harsh, and the shadows weren't visible (unrealistic for me) 2. The white balance wasn't set correctly; that's why complexion is a bit pale for me. 3. Lips are also pale. The edit made me look very pale. 4. When adding a background, it looked unrealistic. 5. When adding a background, to make it more realistic, the editor must know the source of light and take into consideration that the shadows of muscles could have been enhanced. 6. In one photo, an odd floating image was floating in front of my mouth. 7. Typically, photographers/photo editors correct slight blemishes, etc, but that wasn't the case with the initial editing. I initially started using a freebie photo editor and started getting better results. I wanted better results and paid another photographer/photo editor to improve my photos. I didn't contact the photographer/editor to complain because the experience was bad enough and took long enough for the results that I would rather let someone else work on the photos. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED HIGHLY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND
