Hi Nadia, thanks for your reply. I'd like to clarify:…read more My complaint was that you completely blew me off with no explaination after you had asked me some questions and I replied back. The conversation went dead with me wondering if you would ever get back to me, considering your replies were so consistently slow (with an apology each time). The point is, I could have moved on instead of waiting for your response. As someone who books projects, surely you can relate to that. This is the first time I'm hearing that you decided it was not one of the projects which you accept. You could have just sent an email to that effect. You didn't respond at all, after initiating a conversation. I personally find the "ghosting" unprofessional and I came here to say it. Here is what I said again: "Then if she doesn't want the work, she just goes silent. I'm still waiting for any response from over a month ago." Your (very very late) response here has proven my point. This was in April.

I didn't know where to start and those who I asked didn't have any records for me. I reached out to Monique, finding her in a quick Yelp search, with a few vague ideas about what I was hoping to capture for my friend who was going through and quickly approaching a huge life transition. Monique listened to me stress babble and created the most amazing experience for my girl come to life. It was so much better than what I had imagined and the perfect experience capturing my friends personality and beauty! I really couldn't have asked for more and she pulled it off in record time with professionalism and class. I cannot give enough high praise to MoMo Photography and can't wait to fly back to the City for a shoot of my own! Cheers to Monique and her team. Y'all are truly the best!

If you're on the fence about booking, don't hesitate! You'll love it!…read more I had never done a photo shoot like this in my life but scheduled one for my 48th birthday and am so glad I did! The whole process was seamless. Michael was great to work with when it came to scheduling and confirming everything, and the building was easy to find. I took his advice and had the Uber go to the building across the street and it worked like a charm. Dapheney and Philipp were so wonderful when it came to hair and makeup. I felt gorgeous and just told them to do their thing based on what they thought would look best. (And as a bonus, I got to look hot when seeing a Broadway show that night.) I felt like an old Hollywood screen siren. Raya was professional and INCREDIBLE. I used some of her costumes and she helped me feel way more comfortable than I ever thought I could in my skin. She knew the right lighting and angles to bring out my best features, and did I mention it was so FUN? I didn't know I could pose like that. I was able to see all the photos within a day and was blown away by her skill. My boyfriend was so impressed too and had a hard time choosing his favorites because there were so many good ones. We hope to do a session as a couple someday in the future when visiting NYC. If you're thinking about doing a session, book it! This is a present you'll give yourself and it's so worth it.

We arrived at the studio in her home which was clean with a hospital grade air filter, and she wore a mask and a face shield - Very covid conscious which is good to protect our new baby. Nicole had some setups pre arranged based of photos I had liked off her previous work to get an idea of what I liked. We went with the wrapped session and added family photos. She was so good with our baby Lyla - wrapped her up and got her into the cutest poses with perfect props. Thankfully our baby cooperated mostly due to her amazing guide beforehand. She really is the baby whisperer. I was feeling self conscious only a few days post partum but she somehow took amazing photos of me and my partner with our baby We will cherish these photos forever. Nicole was so amazing, professional, put safety first, and provided a high quality photo shoot. I cannot thank her enough and will recommend her to everyone seeking a photographer for newborn shoots Thanks Nicole!!!
