Levels Barbershop - Haircut - Barbers Near Me - Tracy, California

Went in for a haircut since my barber at another place is off today and this barbershop is also a to go spot when it comes to this situation. Well today was a wrong thing to do asked for a simple haircut to just fade the sides and leave the top and a small line up clean up. Asked for no hair to be cut on top hair kept being cut, asked for a backdrop didn't get it, asked for a small clean up the line up is so creaked i can't believe it!!! Not sure who else can relate but if I'm paying 30 dollars shits gotta be right! And on top of that my hair smells like weed! Come on levels!! You slacked on this one, won't be coming around to this barbershop for awhile and If I do it won't be with the younger barber!! Really really disappointed!!! read more

SO UNPROFECIONAL SERVICE The worst service ever. It says the place opens at 10:00 am, I get there and someone told me the barbers were 30 minutes late. I waited untill 11:00 and none of them showed up. The only one that was there took one hour cutting a guys hair. This bussines doesn't respect peoples time and desevers zero stars for their unresposability and bad commintment to the bussines . A lady was there with her son waiting for one hour as well and left the place with her kid crying and very disaponted. Shame on you guys. I would never recomend this place. read more

Go see Moe. Awesome barber. So glad that I dont have to drive to Oakland anymore to take my son to get a hair cut....

Dont bother. My son is on leave from the Airforce and needed a buzz. First of all they don't acknowledge you when you walk in. Second of all the man cut his hair while holding his cell phone. 3rd they were rude and slow. 4th how unoroffessional?!?! Cant believe they have good reviews. read more

My husband likes this place! Fast and efficient. Good location and reasonable prices.

Excellent barbershop. Polite and friendly customer service. Great atmosphere. And that hair cut, I give two thumbs way up. Great work guys and thank you. read more

Been here 4 times now, and haven't been disappointed, Moe got bars he been in the barber game a long time I feel he the best barber in Tracy, and I been to all the shops. Benjamin good too, they'll hook you up! read more

This place is really good. We went in on a Saturday evening because we had a party in a few hours and Corey hooked me up. The wait wasn't bad for a walk in. The whole atmosphere in the barbershop was really chill. I was able to get my haircut pretty fast with a high bald fade with a 2 on top, with a trim up with my beard on the jaw line. I would definitely go back there again. Big plus is they accept card as well. Which is good cause I never carry cash. read more

Loved the shops layout, but my sons haircut was not as expected! Unfortunately will not be returning

In West Valley Mall next to Target, little spot is very convenient and has great customer service from start to finish! Highly recommend to come here, they are open later than usual barber shops and prefer walk ins! read more

Great barbers that know what they are doing. Conversations are a pleasure. The atmosphere may be a bit intimidating to those of different generations however, you should give it a try, you won't regret it. read more

I give this place 4 stars, but only to keep them humble. I've visited twice and both experiences have been nothing short of great. Good price, good conversation and relaxing atmosphere. The place is conveniently located in the mall if you want to pick something to wear on your way out. Thanks to Moe for taking care of me! read more

Corey is a nice guy and he gave me such a perfect fade! We had great conversations about sports, family, etc. I will be back!

Took my kid in they did a goood job faded and lineup and no appointment needed also I didn't have to wait to long

I wish I could give zero stars. I brought my three boys in for back to school haircuts. They always go to KJ's but the owner or at least one of the barbers approached my husband and I as we walked through the mall and handed us a business card. He asked us to give his shop a try. We d coded sure why not. We had to school shop so we went ahead and got to the mall at 10:45am on a Sunday so we didn't have to wait. There was one other woman waiting out front of Levels with her son. We started talking and both of us were irritated. By 11:30, my husband and I decided that Levels was not worth our money since our time was not important to them. What makes it worse is that nearby stores were telling people that they don't get in til at least 30 minutes late or worse. Not very professional and never again. I always make it a point to support small businesses that I hope to see prosper. They lost out on 4 clients because they want to be unprofessional. The kicker... I live around the corner from KJ's so I went out of my way to support. They won't last long. read more

First time here.....:( and regret stepping in this place. Thought I give this place a try and took my son in for a haircut. A total bad experience with my son's skin getting all nicked up during the haircut process. Not a very welcoming place to be. During the haircut my son didn't indicate he was experiencing some discomfort but after leaving this place he started tearing up and stated that it burned (hurt) when the guy was using the clippers. He had cuts all on his neck (side/back area) and cuts on his ears. Very disappointing, especially after paying $25 for a haircut that didn't even look even. Definitely stay away from the younger looking guy that goes by the name of Mo. read more

Very nice, clean and modern barbershop! I was very impressed with the professionalism and Kindness from this barbershop. Moe blended my sons hair and it came out so good, I found our new barber! They even hand out candy for the kids! Prices are reasonable and the wait wasn't long like most barbershops ! We haven't found a good barbershop here in Tracy so am glad we came across this place! read more

I have gotten cut by three different barbers here, and all cut very good. Never have had a long wait if any wait at all. By far on of the better barber sharps I have been too, and I have been to a lot of them being from the bay. read more

I recently brought my 12 year old son in for a haircut here for the first time. Corey took care of him and that guy really knows what he's doing. He has a very laid back attitude but don't confuse that with his work ethic or the quality you're going to get. He's amazing! Corey took the time to make sure the cut was precise and clean and perfect. My son is so happy and said it's the best haircut he's ever had. We will definitely be back! Thanks Corey! read more

Moe was very friendly and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it! Overall great experience and would definitely recommend!

Came in with my dad and Benjamin did a great job ! There was a bit of a wait, but you're getting a good quality hair cut. They do take walk in's, but like with any other place, you'll have to wait your turn if people came in before you. We'll definitely be coming back! read more

I live in mountain house and been using regular hair cut places and been getting bad results. Now that I went to Levels I see the difference. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Very good chill atmosphere. These guys are the real deal. read more

Just moved into the area and trying to find a new barber. This place seems nice at first the two older guys were friendly and polite and by watching them work while waiting for my turn I could see that they were good barbers. When my turn came I ended up with this younger guy, didn't get his name but he has this carrot top hair do. he was loud unprofessional and seemed to not care. He was more interested in the football conversation the other guys were having. He actually stoped cutting my hair and walked away to debate his point with the guys he did this several times One of them even had to tell him to get back to the hair cut. He wasn't very good with the clippers and couldn't use a pair of scissors to save his life, a blind person could have done a better job and to top it off the sign says $25 and he charged me $32 for a regular cut with no extras. I feel sorry for the other two guys there is always one moron the ruins for everyone else. I will never go there again read more
