ANOTHER EDIT: Man, I tired to give Soma ANOTHER CHANCE AND THEY BLEW IT AGAIN!!! DO NOT GO TO SOMA…read more I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO SOMA. They are so unprofessional. I've been been trying to make an appointment with a specific therapist for weeks, after no response through their message line or being able to get through on the phone I went in the office to make my appointment and finally got scheduled. Two weeks later, I show up for my appointment only to find out it had been cancelled by the provider with no explanation and zero attempt from anyone on reaching out to let me know. I wasted my time and gas going all the way out there. SOMA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH. DO NOT GO. Idk maybe it's my fault for giving them another try but I feel so lost trying to find a whole other therapy/med provider place. :-( Edit: I wish I could give zero stars. As a place that is supposed to help with mental health they do the complete opposite. I'm not talking about the providers there but the receptionist and the company. I don't know what's going on if they're just so unorganized, or if they flat out just don't care but I've been dealing with them for some time now and have had multiple issues. Some stated in my earlier review, which was handled so I gave them another chance but I have recently had more issues that are making me want to quit therapy. The receptionist DO NOT take issues seriously and laugh and joke around when someone if very clearly upset about a scheduling issue that THEY messed up. And today I missed my telehealth app because I was unable to join due to their new system, which I get it's difficult switching but I called 4 times, each time was on hold saying "you're number one in the queue" and then after 9 minutes of that it says they're unable to take my call, I even texted them and no one answered. They messed up my med appointment and told me I wouldn't be able to get back in for another 2 weeks even though THEY messed it up, instead of trying to make it right the receptionist decided to start talking and joking with her coworker as I was standing in front of her crying because they said I wasn't able to see my med provider because they didn't schedule the app right. My med provider came out and saw I was crying and squeezed me in thankfully but the receptionist didn't even try getting me in. After today I am done with soma. Once I find a new med provider somewhere else so I don't cold turkey my meds I will never go back to soma. I absolutely loved my therapist, Brianna. But she unexpectedly is no longer with soma? I'm not even sure what happened because no one bothered to let me know or contact me about her leaving. We had to cancel my last few appointments due to illnesses and me being pregnant. I had to go online and look to see when my next appointment was to see ALL of my appointments with her cancelled. I had to reach out to them to find out she's no longer there. I got no phone call, no message no anything about my appointments. Finding a therapist that is good and fits with my needs is hard enough but to not even have the professionalism and courtesy to let her clients know she left is baffling. Maybe I was the only one who they didn't contact? I don't know. I hope they contacted her other patients. They said "your provider is no longer with soma, would you like to be matched with a new provider" not even an apology for not contacting or anything. I expressed my frustration, in a professional manor, and said I would like a recommendations from my psychiatrist (who is also through soma) before scheduling anything and have not gotten a response since. That was four days ago. I, again, have to reach out to them instead of them being professional and helping me. Only giving two stars because of Brianna and my psychiatrist. Other than that it's a zero star for me

They charge me 300 dollars and I didn't have any appointments illegally they will not drop itread more

She checked in on time and waited in the lobby. At 9:40am my sister asked the woman at the front desk for an updated time frame for her appointment and to make sure she was checked in as in the past the front desk had accidentally missed checking her in before. My sister has a career in project management and works with clients daily so she approached the front desk rep very professionally and kindly. In response to my sister's request for an appointment update the front desk rep had a HORRIBLE attitude. Her response to my sister? "I told you I checked you in AND YOU NEED TO LEARN HOW TO BE PATIENT." I don't know how my sister kept herself calm at that response but she seated herself back in the lobby and accepted that maybe this rep was having a rough day. However, another 40 minutes passes and at 10:20 my sister notified the desk staff that she had to be at work at 11:00am and that she'd been here over an hour and just needed an update on whether she could be seen or not. The front desk's response? "That isn't my problem now is it?" THIS attitude and response upset my sister and as any other person would, she snapped at the front desk clerk for her bad behavior and poor customer service and the desk clerk had my sister escorted out as a way of "resolving" the problem. No human being should be treated so poorly when seeking medical help EVER. No company should EVER allow their clients/patients be treated so poorly. I would NEVER recommend ANYONE go this location and I would suggest staying FAR away from this place. There are MUCH BETTER offices and practices that actually CARE about their patients. The front desk rep at this site should be fired immediately for her poor attitude and lack of professionalism - she should also be educated that everyone deserves respect! Especially in a place designed to help!!

I was taking my daughter to this location since she was born. I would visit regularly and have her…read moreimmunizations updated. I mentioned to the same doctor several times that there was something wrong with the development of her legs, and that I would love if she would look in to the issue. My daughter didn't crawl until her first birthday, and she didn't walk until she was almost a year and a half. I noticed that she was in a lot of pain when walking, had poor balance, and that she was abnormally flexible. I mentioned it every time I went into the office, and the doctor brushed it off and basically said the same bias answer that every baby developed in their own time, blah blah blah. I finally demanded that she give me a referral to someone who would actually care to help my daughter because she told me that their office doesn't really "handle that sort of thing", and I could tell that I made her mad. My daughter visited an Orthopedic specialist per her referral almost a month later and she was diagnosed with hip dysplasia. If she had listened to my concerns, my daughter could have been helped sooner. I feel like my daughter and I weren't treated as respectable patients because she is on Medicaid. I do not advise going to this clinic. Save your health and go to an actual office.
