Unfortunately, the service was not the best. Staff were nice but food took over an hour to come out with no one updating us. When it was time for the bill, someone in our party had to physically go up to the server and ask. Then ask again because she started drinking with another server... this was around 2pm on a Sunday so I get having fun but let us pay first lol Maybe recommend this place for just drinking or take out? But definitely won't be back for a dine in meal.

Delightful spot to have a beer and lunch on a beautiful fall Chicago afternoon!…read more Love the wide open windows off the bar and the expert service. While it's definitely a soccer bar, they had the NFL on also (Bears play Mon night). Perfect for conversation and an enjoyable afternoon. We had the pretzel (excellent, warm, good home made cheese) and seafood jumbo. For mains burger and tacos (excellent although hard to believe it's 17 for a burger these days). A great afternoon...PS I love local bars!!

Going here for the World Cup games is quickly becoming very iconic and fun!! Started with a Brazil…read moregame a week ago and it was decently busy inside. We got a seat outside on the side patio and they split our table (table of 4, there were only two of us) to fit more people in which was alright. Went back yesterday for the America game and wow. We got there 2 hours early, managed to get a table outside again, and by the time we were ordering a drink there was a line around the block to get inside. Standing room only inside, patio was PACKED. There were 3 of us at a 4 person table, and before the game the owner / manager ? Asked us if they could sit two people with us on the corner of our table. Obv said yes and made some friends! The food I've had is decent, and everything is pretty decent priced. The first time we went, we got 5-6 drinks split between us and two apps, our total wasn't more than $80 before tips. We've only had the pretzel, chips, and fries, all pretty decent for the price and amount. wait staff is so nice, definitely getting overwhelmed with the World Cup traffic but never felt abandoned / ignored which for how busy, is great. Will be going back for more games this summer!

The bartender we had wasn't very friendly. She had big curly hair. Unsure of her name. She got what we wanted and the service ended there since we took our beers to a table by the open window. Her vibes were off, not sure how to explain it, but we didn't feel necessarily welcomed to be there. It was nice sitting by the window and getting the breeze on a warmish sunny day. Great people watching as well. They have a decent amount of TVs here if you're coming to watch sports. It seems like an LSU bar based off of all of the flags Bathrooms were clean so that was a plus. We were all very meh about the drinks we ordered. Thought it was strange they didn't have modelo on draft. Definitely not a place I feel like I necessarily need to return to.

They sold $25 tickets on Eventbrite for the Bears vs. Rams game on 1/18/2026 without clearly…read morestating that a ticket did NOT guarantee a seat. Once inside, management allowed people to come in as early as 4:30 PM, reserve tables, and then leave, effectively holding seating when we were told throughout the ticket purchasing process that's seating is first come first serve. Meanwhile, customers who paid for Eventbrite tickets were left standing with nowhere to sit, even though they were under the impression that purchasing a ticket secured them a spot. To make matters worse, people who did not buy ticket vouchers at all were allowed to occupy tables, while paying customers were pushed out. Only after people started complaining did management state that the ticket cost would go toward your bill, but they only applied $20 of the $25, not the full amount paid. There was no explanation and no apology. What made this even worse was the complete lack of remorse from management. Paying customers were sent outside into a tent with one working space heater while it was freezing cold and snowing, and staff showed zero concern for customer comfort or safety. It's clear management used Eventbrite as a cash grab, knowing that once people realized there were no seats available, they'd already paid and would likely just leave. This feels intentionally misleading and extremely unethical. Do NOT attend this place. They are money-hungry, deceptive in their online ticketing, and show no concern for their customers once payment is taken

The Goose Island BCS Chocolate Praline Stout is dangerously good, so good it's bad. More like a good old bordeaux than a beer. Like a forty year old tawny port. The Shrimp ceviche was delightful. Shrimp tacos were very good, a little sweet and a little spicy with just the right balance of both. The skillet cookie was warm,  topped with chocolate & caramel sauce and ice cream.

It can easily feed 4 people. My husband warned me that it looked like it was going to be big. But I told him the picture probably makes it look bigger than it is. But no, it's really big. We added ground beef to it,  and it was delicious. No, we were not able to finish, and gladly took the leftovers home. The BBQ Carnitas sandwich was very tasty even before we added the barbecue sauce. The Raspberry Donut Cheesecake was a delicious mixture of strawberry compote and rumchata anglaise.
