Korea) & others have to call the main #, get transferred to the nursing station near him. then someone has to go get him. Usually there's no one at the nursing station, so it goes to voicemail. The employees are wonderful when they answer. Nurses should not be at the station (they should be with patients) & should not have to use their time bringing my brother out to use their phone. There needs to be a phone in each room. We should be able to call our family member - I tried last night until 9.30 p.m. (CT) & could not get through. My brother seems happy with the care but have not been able to talk with him about that recently - no phone
