Majority of…read morethe workers know me by face, including after-hours urgent care. 2.5 years ago I moved to Omaha. I just requested 3 years of medical records 2 days ago for flight-school & FAA needs. Pretty simple no? 1st they scan documents almost live-like, then send via email. NOT fill-in, NOT a secure page link. Its a paper that they want you to somehow print, use your phone & fill in. (I do not live in state) I've only had this issue once before with surprise! This same clinic. EVERY time im in office I give my mother permission to do anything pertaining to me. That includes release of information. Never taken her off. For some reason she cant access any of these records WITH MY PERMISSION 7 times at all appointments. Weird. After being told i'd get a call back from the clinic manager YESTERDAY within a few minutes about options, to today hung-up on by the amazing Kelly Hiserote, charged $20, told i have to wait for the document of release via MAIL etc. I finally took the 1hr 20min to use my phone creating text box's, signatures etc & filled it out. Mind you there's only 1 page of questions. Almost 2024 they'd evolve like 4 other clinics i've requested info from & had the records, release forms ready within 2 minutes. Its not a huge deal initially, however i've been trying 48 hours to get my records. Its frustrating to deal with. "Cant send medical records via email" quote. Yet theres an option on the paler that says they CAN. "There is always a flat $20 fee for medical records thats on the note as standard" quote. Um nope. There is not. It mentions NOTHING about a fee. So many back & forth. They have no idea what they're talking about. When a patient becomes frustrated at the BS they blame you & hangup. Its not worth the hassle. Do yourself the favor and follow the BAD reviews. Used to be top notch. I'd drive 2 hours from my home just to come here.... not anymore.

They decorate for the holidays; I love that. Waiting room is nice. Tvs, full of magazines, and a water cooler. I only have 4 stars because I feel like I wait a lot. And they pretty much refuse to give any type of pain killers. I understand that pain killers can be addictive, but when you need them you need them! They are a little out of the way from where I live but it's really no big deal. The staff is great. I have the worst veins and today it took the girls 4 attempts to draw my blood and they were so sympathetic and sweet about it. I got Halloween candy today. Yay. LoL

During this time of panic, unknown and being just plain scared you want/need compassion, someone to explain things to you what i got today when i called was the complete opposite. I understand all too well being short staffed but to blatantly tell me you dont have time for my family was a slap in the face. The receptionist made me fell like my concern was not important and like i was wasting her time. I pray no one comes directly or indirectly affected by covid 19. The care is little to none with over worked staff. BE SAFE AND PUT ON A MASK.

During a very scary time in our family's life, he provided calm,…read morethoughtful reassurance by clearly explaining everything we faced, all of our options and laying out a logical course of action we could all understand and prepare for. He is quite literally a life saver. Their entire staff made us feel welcome. There was and is genuine concern for all of us. Dr. Ford made us all believe again that healthcare isn't about numbers but truly caring about people and making the people, their patients, the priority.
