Peter Gonzalez of Titan Construction gave us a very fair quote and followed through by completely repairing the drywall (after the plumbers fixed the leak) and repainting the vent. We then asked him to paint the undersides of the eaves and front and rear porches of our home and replace rotted wood fascia and boards from the eaves themselves. He powerwashed, caulked, primed and painted all the surfaces and replaced quite a few boards and trim. We are very pleased with the job he did and appreciate his meticulous preparation and finishing. We have no hesitation in recommending him for any job, from small to large.
