I started attending various classes a few months ago. They are somewhat difficult for a beginner…read morelike me but that's good as I can reach for goals. The instructors are experienced and make it fun while also making it challenging and often providing alternate moves for beginners. Each class seems to have at least one regular participant who offers help to newbies in getting set up for class, which is helpful because different classes use different items. They have a wide range of exercise equipment that you can use on your own, but I haven't tried any of them yet. I wish I lived closer so I could go in more often. Great place. I recommend it.
