    There are half a dozen such places in Albert Lea. This location the owner/manager would rather…read moreargue with if you're right then admit he is wrong. Any other place the item I purchased, an oil additive, would have made a few attempts, realized the product was defective and make it right. I went back to the store because it wasn't coming the bottle. Rather than want to make it right after 2 attempts he actually pulled it all the way out the bottle, wraped the product around hand (yes it was that thick which should have been his first clue) 5 times before declaring that it defective and I should go grab another bottle. I don't know a ton about cars but I do know if can pull out a liquid (even though thicker liquid the empties more slowly) with your hands and wrap it around your hand even once that should tell you it's a bad bottle. He would argue semantics (word choice) to "save" $15 then to make it right from jump. Stores that have defective products on their shelves have a recourse with wholesaler. Products can go bad from time to time. He even admitted he had never seen that happen, but rather than accept that he would have a disabled man stand there will he pull the oil additive out of the bottle like taffy than admit I was right to complain. So much for the customer is always right attitude. That man gets up in his chest if you question him instead of taking the attitude his others do which is lets go see what the problem is and I will make it right regardless. He even watched me put the second bottle in with no problem. He is right no matter what and you better not have the audacity to challenge him. If he tries to defend himself on here don't believe any BS. He was not cordial at all. He had an attitude the minute I asked him a question. Go to Auto Zone or Napa instead.

    We had a 2pm appointment with a particular clerk/salesperson/associate. When we got there a few…read moreminutes early, it made sense we would need to wait. But not an hour! The person we had the appointment with did not even acknowledge us. Awkward, since we kept looking at him. An "I'll be with you in a few minutes" goes a LONG way. We asked for help from another associate after an hour. That person said they couldn't help because the person we had the appointment with has all the original information from when we set up the account. WHAT? So we waited longer. Finally, that second associate decided to help. That took about 30 minutes and we were done. But we were there for 2 hours and 30 minutes. With an appointment. Not good! My suggestion - when you have an appointment with a customer and you start working with a different customer knowing that work will be interrupted, tell them! It's easy to say, "I can get you started, but I have a 2pm appointment so I'll have to move to them when they get here. I'll either connect you with another associate or I'll get back to you asap." How difficult is that?? Most people will understand if you communicate with them. We were even more irritated because this was the 3rd time we'd had to go in to get things clarified. The billing does not make sense to us. We keep getting the same message about the bill changes, which don't really fit with what we originally purchased, but what can we do about that now? Not much. But it would be nice to be acknowledged rather than awkwardly ignored while we wait for our appointment. For our part, maybe we should have caused a scene instead of being mature and patient. Perhaps next time...

The…read morestaff have been extremely helpful and they actually listen to what the customer wants and will advice against bad decisions so you don't get something you will eventually regret. And she is moving to a new location which sounds like its going to be better than what shes currently in. Unfortunately people in the surrounding area may hear differently due to an employee she had - he was terminated and has the "bitter I hate everything about you attitude" so of course this person is attempting to destroy an awesome business. This employee unfortunately also stole from us he took a deposit for a tattoo and claimed the $100 as a "tip" The owner was sincere and she not only took this persons actions in stride BUT she also is going to finish the tattoo. That just shows that the owner and current staff have nothing but their customers best interest at heart . I am very happy that this business is in our town and I can not wait till the new location opens, with what is all but described as a day spa for tattoo shop :O)
