I knew I wanted a new experience for my 45th birthday this year but I didn't know where and what I wanted to do. Conversations with Tee and Nala helped more sort through options and come up with a reasonable budget. I decided on Cancun, Mexico and it was perfect. We stayed at Planet Hollywood and the pictures we saw before arriving did not lie. We had a convenient swim up pool, the room was spacious and decorated in soothing light colors. We stayed on the adults only side, which was nice. There was plenty to do at the resort and a range of restaurant options. Also, the beach was beautiful and not too crowded. Married to Adventure Tours arranged our airport transfers and was happy to organize any activities we may have been interested in. We got personal calls when landing and before leaving to check on our safety and satisfaction with all services. I went to AAA auto club in winter park! There was 3 employees in the office working in the…read moreafternoon!! First of all, nobody wanted to help me! I saw one older person working at the counter and two people sitting at a desk doing nothing that I could see and the woman at the counter asked if they could help me and they said no they were doing something else!! Then I asked"do you make airlines reservations, no we don't handle that airlines." "If you want hotel or motel reservations " she gave me a piece of paper with a phone number on it to call" I made a rental car reservation and the other older was watching me like I was a former prisoner or something and trying to intimidate me !!! Then asked the other more questions and it's company policy that we don't give out that information!!" I have been a AAA auto club member for many years and never been treated like that!! I was asking the employee about how to get on the AAA auto club website and she said call this phone number and they would do it and I asked her again if she would help me!!
