My wife and I just got back from a wonderful Disney Cruise aboard the Disney Dream and we could not have done this trip without Key Getaway and Devin's wonderful help along the way. We decided to get a Concierge level stateroom and with that comes the 130 day email where you can get first dibs on Tastings, Cabanas, excursions, and countless other perks well in advance of other cruisers. Devin was absolutely wonderful with this, completely stress free, and as easy as could be. He met with us a few days before the timeline and asked us what we had in mind, what we were interested in doing and helped us create the perfect vacation. On the 130 day opening he called Disney and was able to book every single item from our list! We did Remy dinner, Palo Brunch, a number of tastings (with the chocolate and liquor tasting being our favorite), we were able to also snag a Cabana (F) on the adult private island at Lookout Cay. This could not have been done without Devin's astute knowledge and passion for crafting a remarkable vacation. Devin is someone we have enjoyed watching on Youtube (Dev is the channel name for those interested) over the years and seeing his passion and fun travel content has always been a joy to watch. Key Getaway is an amazing company and Devin, the owner, has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable helping me plan some bucket list trips. From a short stay at Evermore and Anna Maria island, to a weekend in Boston, a visit to Vegas, winter in Yellowstone and a dream first class Alaska Cruise, Devin listened to us carefully and provided us exactly what we asked for. Devin was really easy to work with, and helped me with a few issues in changing my reservations due to flight changes. He made it very easy for me, and worry free. I also appreciate how easy it was to make payments on my own schedule, and I always got an updated invoice quickly. I haven't always had as great of an experience with other agencies. We enjoyed a great family trip to Paris and several cities in Italy and really appreciated Devin's planning assistance. Throughout the process, he was highly available and responsive and was always a pleasure to deal with. The travel app used by Key Getaway is a great tool for its ease of use and everything located in one easy to access location. He located a great hotel in Rome and iconic Airbnb in Tuscany (incredible vistas) and Florence (17th century apartment with historic frescoes and large living areas).
