It is well known that the music makes (or breaks) the party! That is why I must tell you how Bryan Chesters of Let's Party LA is the absolute best. At a wedding you have such a wide range of age groups, and Bryan made sure everyone was either dancing or tapping their toes. We held the reception at the Newport Beach Yacht Club, where space is very limited. When we allotted an entire room for dancing, it meant those in the dining room couldn't see the floor. Bryan came to the venue and arranged large TVs to act as monitors so everyone could still enjoy the fun on the dance floor from their seats--genius! He was so eager to help and easy to work with. I really cannot say enough good things. I highly recommend him! read more

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Bryan Chesters for our wedding celebration at Cielo Farms in Malibu, California!! I cannot say enough good things about Bryan and his team! From the minute I spoke to Bryan, I was impressed with how incredibly kind, supportive and knowledgeable he was. Bryan was not only supportive of the music we wanted, but also suggested a timeline for the evening and gave practical suggestions as to how to keep the evening moving. Some of our guests remarked how they have gone to weddings where the music was so loud that it was difficult to have a conversation. They loved how the music did not interfere with the one on one communication and was just perfect on the dance floor!!! I was so happy that he respected our playlist, along with including songs that fit the vibe of our group and got them dancing! The dance floor was always buzzing with excitement and fun!!! As I looked at Bryan from the dance floor, he was alway engaged and smiling, appearing as one of our treasured guests, not just our DJ for the evening!! I cannot say enough about how much of a pleasure it was to work with Bryan. We had an amazing time that night and danced the night away!!! read more

Bryan was amazing at both my 60th birthday and my Mom's 90th. He played exactly the right music at both and made the events so much fun. Highly recommend. read more

Bryan just performed at my wedding, and I cannot articulate just how amazing he was. Bryan is probably the only person capable of getting my Korean elder relatives, my southern father in law, and my military college friends to dance on that floor at the same time; I'm genuinely baffled. Bryan is able to read a room and adapt to the mood very quickly. Bryan provided seamless music and announcements throughout our entire event not just during the reception. Before the event he was very thorough and professional, he took our general music preferences and matched them for the entire night and changed up the energy as appropriate. He made my stressful day easy and perfect. I try to avoid sounding hyperbolic in my reviews but if you want to guarantee a good time and participation from your guests, I cannot recommend Bryan and his DJ services enough. read more

Bryan was the absolute best. Professional through and through, so fun, got so many people up and on the dance floor/involved with the different parts of the wedding, didn't miss a detail AND was so attentive. After speech anecdotes, he played clips from the songs that related to it, so you know he was paying attention and finding little ways to make each detail count (for example - beauty and the beast was mentioned as a story, he played a tale as old as time)  he played so many amazing songs, not just directly from our list of preferred, but also felt the vibe and delivered from start to finish. Our wedding was perfect and Bryan was a huge part of that success!!! Could not recommend enough! read more

Best DJ! I was lost in the world of finding a DJ for my wedding when a friend recommended Bryan Chesters at Let's Party LA to me. No one I had spoken to felt quite right. Happy to have a recommendation, I reached out and I knew immediately that I had found my person. He is incredibly responsive and extremely flexible and kind. I had a vision in my mind how I wanted the evening to go and the music I wanted. Brian helped me prepare my timeline for the evening and gave practical suggestions as how to keep the evening moving. During the event he was engaging and really made the evening run smoothly. I can't say enough about how much of a pleasure it was to work with him. All my guests have complimented me on how wonderful he was. Don't miss out on this gem! read more

Bryan is a spectacular DJ. He really knows his stuff and is able to adjust his playlist to whatever you're looking for. My wife and I worried we wouldn't find a DJ who understood the kind of music we wanted (and didn't want) but Bryan assured us right from the beginning. He's very professional, easy to communicate with, and goes above and beyond for his clients. Highly recommend working with him! read more

We cannot recommend Bryan highly enough! From start to finish, he was absolutely incredible. He read the room perfectly and kept the energy high all night long. So many of our guests came up to us afterward to rave about how amazing the music was and how much fun they had on the dance floor. He had everyone--from our grandparents to our lifelong friends--dancing and smiling the entire night. The transitions between songs were seamless, and he made sure every moment, from our first dance to the last song, felt special and unforgettable. If you're looking for a DJ who knows how to keep the party going and create memories you'll cherish forever, this is your guy! Bryan performed wonderfully at our wedding!! He did an excellent job of preparing beforehand, and the night of the wedding he knew everything we wanted. We, as the bride and groom, had a great time, and we thought the music really helped make our wedding such an amazing event. For us, the night was perfect, and Bryan was a big part of it. It is not easy to play music everyone enjoys, but we got compliments from people of all ages and cultures. The musicians that he brought were top-notch and everybody just had a great time dancing and partying it up. I myself do not usually enjoy dancing, but on this night I couldn't stop. All the songs were perfect and had so much energy and we reveled in it! My wife and I emphatically recommend Bryan, without any hesitations! read more

If you ever have the immense fortune of having DJ Bryan on your wedding day, just know that everything will go absolutely perfectly. My spouse and I were difficult customers-- he comes from a Latin American family that loves a wide range of Hispanic music, I come from a Chinese family that loves a wide range of Chinese songs, he himself enjoys R&B and EDM, I myself listen to K-pop, J-pop, C-pop... when we first met Bryan, he was so kind and welcoming, and he really knew his stuff. We needed a lot of guidance and direction in terms of musical choices and he really came through for us. The day of the wedding, everything was so hectic, but he was able to manage the mood of the crowd so expertly and seamlessly that even my father, who rarely compliments anyone, couldn't stop talking about how amazing he was. Weddings are so extremely stressful, but when you have a DJ who can move things along when needed but can also easily put every single person on the dance floor, there's not much you need to worry about. Thank you so much, Bryan, from the bottom of our hearts! read more

We hired Bryan for my son's wedding. He was perfect for the occasion. Bryan arranged a zoom call with the bride and groom prior to the wedding to understand their wants, needs and music style. Both the bride and groom are musicians and had a big interest in what kind of music would be played at the reception. Bryan had the perfect playlist and the dance floor was filled all night. Bryan also worked with the musicians providing the live music during the ceremony and cocktail hour to make sure we had all the correct sound equipment. The sound was perfect for the entire event. Bryan was the perfect MC for the evening and kept the party moving. I requested a song be edited for the mother/son dance and it was no problem for Bryan to shorten the song. The music was wonderful from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Bryan. read more

Give yourself the best wedding gift you could ever want: hiring Bryan Chesters. Music was one of our top priorities when it came to our wedding, we wanted the dance floor full and fun all night long. Boy, did Bryan deliver. Two months after our wedding, the most common compliment we get is how amazing the music was and how amazing our DJ was. Bryan executed our very specific requests for aisle music and our first kiss with absolute perfection and created the dreamiest and most wonderful cocktail hour playlist. But the real magic was the reception. Imagine being at a party and every song is your favorite song, every song matches the vibe of the room, and most importantly, every guest of all ages is having fun and letting loose. Bryan MC'd and led our Hora with so much joy and fun, perfectly timed our first dances, and made our reception and entire wedding a day we will never forget. Music is such an amazing way to preserve memories and Bryan gave us such a gift by taking our (sort of all over the place) music tastes and special songs and creating the best mix. Beyond what he can do AT your wedding, Bryan is also just an absolute joy to work with. His excitement and love for his job is contagious. Hire him! read more

This DJ will get your party started. Great music curation and just creates a great event! Highly recommend.

I worked with Bryan at Let's Party LA for my wedding in July 2019 (He was actually the first vendor I hired and paid for!) Not only was he the perfect person for our wedding DJ, but he exceeded expectations. I was very particular with the music, and overly controlling in person (sorry) and let Bryan know that the music choice (and open bar) was one of the most important things about my wedding. Bryan took the time over emails, phone calls, texts, and in person meetings to make sure that he had the right vibe and playlist for our wedding. He was very patient as we did not even have the recessional song picked the day before the wedding! Bryan even asked what we liked for attire as we had a sexy miami them! So great! I would highly recommend Bryan for any event including weddings, parties, graduation, bridal parties, etc, anything where you want to have a good time. Bryan is in for life! read more
