There is an advanced process but it's straight forward and online. If you already have the TSA Pre Check, you have already done a lot of the heavy lifting. The final step is to go to the local US Customs and Immigration to show up, show your face, bring your passport and a valid driver's license, get finger printed and confirm some details and right there on the spot, you get your number and confirmation. By the time I got back to the office, I received an email with an attachment confirming all. Boom! Now waiting for my card in the mail. The card is good for 5 years. He needed a $50 deposit to start the travel plans which is ti be deducted from the cost of the trip. From the start Tyler would take a long time to get back to her with arrangements when she needed to have the trip booked right away. There was always a team that worked on "the proposals". So what does he do exactly? Asking to speak while he's on the road and has a few minutes?????!! The said "proposals" were always more expensive than what we found. She was staying with me while preparing for this trip so I was right there during this whole ordeal. We started researching because they took too long and he would never tell her the detains of each booking. It was withheld information. We ended up booking the trip when he wouldn't even deduct the $50 deposit (which he said would be done) from the last proposal. Then later he admitted he made a mistake. But it was too late. The trip was booked by us. Instead of acting from integrity and refunding the deposit, he kept it. Awful business tactics and a strange way to run a company. Proves we really don't need travel agents anymore. Not ones like him.

By creating options, answering questions, steering us in the right direction, Rachel helped us eliminate stress and create a vacation that was just right for us. I wanted the bluest , clearest water so we chose Turks and Caicos. The Seven Stars Resort was a wonderful place on lovely Grace Bay. Even though we had a less expensive "garden room", we still had a view of the sea. We spent all day between that gorgeous ocean water and the heated adult pool. Then a nap and dinner. The breakfast included at the Seven Stars was excellent and we found some good restaurants nearby such as the Caicos Cafe. Even the supermarket sandwiches were good. The snorkeling trip gave us one big activity during our stay. Favorite things: the blue water, the freshly cut open coconut with ice and rum, and reading on chaises under the umbrellas!. I literally had a life-changing massage at the Seven Star's Spa. Rachel was the best. She did all the work and made it all so easy. She was always available for questions. Most important, her expertise helped us avoid mistakes we definitely would have made had we booked the hotel ourselves. We won't hesitate to call her to help plan our next vacation.

Travel can sometimes cause tempers to flare or stress to rise, but 206 Tours handles everything with patience and grace should you get a bump in your flight or something major. They make sure pilgrims are safe, fed well, and traveling comfortably, no matter the destination. It's a truly uplifting experience every time. I highly recommend paying for their flight arrangements. I was in a foreign airport and had to get a ticket in less than a minute, and they did it!!! It paid for itself at that moment. I had zero stress after they took care of it. My flight was changed due to a storm. I'm glad I didn't have to make new flight plans, and they handled it for me in a flash!

Pilgrimage to Italy/France (October 6-18), 2025…read more The customer service/account representative I dealt with felt impersonal and not very friendly. I hesitated to ask questions because their manner wasn't very welcoming -- it almost felt like I wasn't really treated as a customer. The trip itself was action-packed -- as expected, there was a lot of walking. Since this was my first pilgrimage, I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. While it was enriching to visit so many sacred sites, I didn't feel I had enough quiet moments to truly pray or reflect. I don't place that entirely on 206 Tours; October was close to the end of the Jubilee year, so there was a big influx of pilgrims from different countries. With that many people, it's understandable that things felt a bit rushed. We also changed tour guides three times, which may have led to some miscommunication and a lack of consistency throughout the trip. It would've been nice to have one steady guide to provide continuity and spiritual leadership. We stayed in four different hotels. The first one was fabulous, but the quality went downhill after that. At the second hotel, I was placed in an accessible room with a bathroom that was uncomfortably high, and since I shared a room, we were only given one key, which was inconvenient. The third hotel was extremely small -- really cramped -- though the fourth one was much better. Overall, I'm grateful for the experience and the opportunity to visit so many sacred places. I just think 206 could improve on personal connection, communication, and hotel consistency to help pilgrims feel more cared for and comfortable throughout the journey. But I think what affected me most was the customer service experience at the beginning. It set the tone, and I wish it had felt a bit more welcoming.

Anthony & Denise provided us with our perfect, dream honeymoon in Italy…read more My wife and I got married in March of 2022 but began thinking about our honeymoon destination over a year prior - and it had to be Italy. However, with the planning of a wedding and the uncertainty brought on by Covid, it didn't look good. In stepped these incredible planners. To begin, Anthony & Denise spent time with us learning what our dream honeymoon was. We told them what we envisioned our perfect trip to look like, and they ran with that vague vision and added to it their deep understanding of Italian locales. And they NAILED it. They learned that we valued food, wine, and history in our trip - along with great views. We started with 3 days in Rome seeing as many sites as we could and eating at an incredible restaurant each night (Anthony will not steer you to the wrong restaurant - EVER). One of our first planned tours was with a local that took us on a food tour of Trionfale, and we ended our time in Rome with a guided tour of the Vatican. Both are a must for a first trip to Rome. We then travelled to Tuscany, where they had the most incredible view in Cortona waiting for us. We enjoyed a must experience 6+ hour cooking class, wine tour, and more incredible restaurants. I could go on and on about how great all of this was but it'd be a book. The main thing is that every guide, host, or chef that Anthony & Denise sent us to were the kindest, most knowledgeable, and welcoming people we could've possibly hoped for. We ended our trip in Florence. It's a vibrant city with plenty of history, but that doesn't stop it from feeling very modern & fun. Our apartment had a courtyard with an incredible view of the Duomo at night. There's no way I did the experience justice in these paragraphs - you have to see it for yourself. And the best way to do it is with Italy with Bella. They have a deep love for Italy and travel, and it shows in their trips. They've tried the places that they send people to. The owners/operators of many of the restaurants and tours are friends with Anthony & Denise. All we had to do was give them a vague idea of what we wanted out of our honeymoon and they delivered WAY beyond our expectations.
