I was the only one to speak up and I asked him to please wear his mask, as it is required by Oregon law and he could still be carrying the virus. This customer was passive aggressive and I felt uncomfortable. Instead of this business validating Oregon law and taking its own initiative, I was given an odd "talking to" by the hairdresser of which I did not understand. I felt this was wildly inappropriate and offensive to have been said. I always have a great experience with the outcome of my hair, however it is important for a business to also do what is necessary in this time to protect its customers health and safety to the utmost.

My hair barely looks different and no one can tell I got my hair done. Also, the last time I was there, I was told I get free trims with a color. She was done with my hair (without trim) by 12:35. It's crazy that an extra 10 min would cost me over $160 Also, after washing the color out of my hair, I was asked if I wanted a blowout.... Like it wasn't included?? Ended up paying over $300 for color I didn't want
