It's been over a month now that my a/c started giving me problems and what I got from the company that I've had for umpteen years was that they could fix it but it would probably break down again and in a short time so I might as well put in new one now..many can identify with my major situation..elderly, not sure if I wanted to handle enormous budget it would incur, advised they could get me credit and I could always put up my house, what?, took me this long to totally own, didn't want to do that, well, they would try to find me some type credit, you guessed it, they couldn't, so after being with this company all these years, paying maintenance fees once a year and other charges through the years my daughter decided to look for another company and lo and behold found--Let's Fix It--over a month later I am still sitting in my house, yes, air conditioner and heat, and I still own my house totally, Manny was able to work out a deal, fixed quickly, no threats about it breaking down soon, assurance that was comfortable enough for my children to handle and I believe it was a couple of days...they came with such a sense of urgency and I felt totally cared for, that they knew exactly what they were doing and did so quickly!! One word: OUTSTANDING I was unfortunate as my unit quit. I called Manny and he was here in no time. He came back at night to complete troubleshooting for leaks with black light and found the condenser coil had internal leakage. He gave me two invoices one for condenser replacement and one for unit replacement. I chose to replace the unit because of the age, family medical and previous unit failures. The next day Manny came with his team and replaced my existing unit, under home ductwork, Thermostat and wiring, circuit breaker, pad, new unit to home guard and clean up afterwards, all in a very professional manner. Does the term LIFE SAVER mean anything to you? Last summer, our AC went out and it was brutal. I could not get an ac guy out for a couple days. I called my cousin and she referred me to Manny at Let's Fix HVAC. I called him and he was busy during the day but offered to come to my house that night after work. Who does that? They do! After calling a ton of other companies that said they were 24/7, I finally got ahold of Manny and before I could even explain the full problem with my ac unit he said send me your address and I'll be right over.
