I am not usually one to post a negative review to any business, however this company almost ruined…read moremy son's birthday due to their mistake on July 4th, causing hours of unnecessary stress trying to fix the problem. I was quoted one price for a specific inflatable then delivery guys 'from a different company' appeared with the wrong structure. The owner refused to honor the quote that he gave me for the specific bouncer that I had requested, even when I had proof that he had made the mistake(the delivery guys verified the mistake also). The owner 'Julio' then wanted an extra $100 to bring the original one that I had hired, when I refused, he left me without a bouncer and without a care in the world. Very unprofessional business owner, no phone calls, only communicated through text. Please be wary when hiring through this company, they sub-contract all of their rentals, entertainment to other companies, earning a percentage, therefor not caring about the customer when things go wrong. Thankfully, I was able to hire another better from a more reputable company.
