Bullig has easily become a pillar of the SWFL community and I really admire their commitment to serving such high quality food with fresh ingredients that are so delicious. Their menu offerings are a bit more out of the box compared to most and that's what makes them so special. The service has always been friendly and thoughtful. I think the way they take their time to prepare things shows how much they truly care about each customer experience. Also the overall ambiance is comforting and something I look forward to experiencing anytime I'm close by. Highly recommend Bullig today and always!

This was so refreshing and easily one of my new favorite drinks. The service was fantastic! I really appreciated the constant refills, and I didn't even have to ask! I didn't even have to add salt and I usually have to add salt to everything! It was thick and full of sausage. It went perfectly on top of the crispy Country Fried Steak. I definitely recommend this dish! The owner was there with his daughter, so it is a small, local, family-owned restaurant. He even sells jams and preserves from fresh fruits on his trees from home. The mango preserves was delicious! A great breakfast!

I should have listened to the other reviews...they were right on!…read more The food was all ala cart. Nothing comes with your meal. And to purchase sides it's a shareable side. So you have to ask people at your table if they'll go in to get the side you want. Because the "side" was such a large portion. Disappointing. This should be changed immediately. I had the country fried steak. It was ok. Gravy stated white peppercorn gravy. It was not white. But it tasted ok. Much better than the gravy that came on the potatoes. It was NOT good. My husband had the chicken and waffles. He liked it. Our other party had pot roast and they said the seasoning was a very unusual flavor. Not tasty. Potatoes and carrots were not cooked throughout. Liver and onions were good. The corn bread was good. Our server, Luke was cordial however it appeared that we irritated him. I caught him talking about us to another server and the cook as they all turned and looked us. Maybe I'm reading into it but based on other reviews I read I think they were being negative about our group. ‍ Anyway I would not recommend this restaurant and I'm sorry I didn't listen to the other reviews. Yelp never steers me wrong.

Waffle House has become an iconic presence on the culinary landscape here in the southeastern…read moreUnited States. It seems that their familiar logo beckons in all of its bright yellow neon glory road-weary travelers, partying college kids, parents with kids in tow, hungry workers seeking a casual and quick sit-down meal and just about everyone else from every walk of life. Since Waffle House opened its first location back on September 5, 1955 in Avondale Estates, Georgia, it quickly established itself by offering a consistent selection of food and by being open twenty-four hours a day. For me, the biggest appeal of Waffle House has always been their hash browns, which you can get basic or topped with a variety of toppings such as chili, white sausage gravy, cheese, ham, onions and so many more items and you can combine these toppings in a multitude of ways. For my main course, I have usually gone with their patty melts or one of their egg breakfast options. I myself can see the strangeness that I have never had a waffle in a business where waffle is in their very name, but I prefer a more savory breakfast than a sweet one. If you are in the southeast United States, odds are you have probably passed a Waffle House location. It seems that they are on almost every major highway exit ramp and strategically placed throughout most cities and towns in the southeast. If you see one, give them a try.
